JUST DON'T!

Spent almost 100 dollars, I did receive my product, LATE but it came. It was total JUNK! Was three specialty necklaces that looked NOTHING like the photos I sent. They did respond, once, saying they would redo one of them, but since then (and multiple messages from me) I haven't heard jack crap! I suspect I'll NEVER get the remake. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS HONG KONG CRAP BUSINESS! I wish I didn't even have to award them with one star because they deserve NOTHING!

Red flag

My item took 8 weeks to arrive they said I could have a refund no return address no refund this company is very hard to get hold of no customer service

Don't pay for expedited shipping! Paid $22 to have by Christmas Eve. Delivered Dec 27th.
Ordered the personalized phone cords. Plastic names look cheap!

Never got my items

I ordered two very special necklaces for my mother and step mother for Christmas November 29th expecting to recieve them by December 21st or 22nd still have not recieved their gifts and after emailing the callie company I'm still waiting on a response. 80$ out and had nothing for two of the most special women in my life on Christmas. After reading the reviews I have no hope of receiving my items which is highly highly upsetting because who has money to throw around like that.

Order never received

I ordered in November and supposedly the item has been in transit since December 5th and the thing shows my order weighs 0.157 grams (less than 1 lb?) I ordered a customized canvas and a personalized apron so it should weigh more than that. Anyway, it still updates with tracking info, but it is all so vague and doesn't say where specifically in transit it is. I call bull$#*! and I spent $80 some odd dollars. I still hope to get my items, but I wouldn't recommend this company and I would have never ordered from them had I realized it was from China, as I've never had a good experience ordering from companies there.

Chinese Scam Website

This is a Chinese website made solely to rip unsuspecting buyers off. They are located in Hong Kong and you will never get what you order. This is not a legitimate company. Never do business with these types of websites.

Callie has dropped the ball, and I should have known better. There website said guaranteed delivery by Christmas when I placed my order and it is currently 11 pm on Christmas Eve with no sign of my package. This year I am going into Christmas with gifts for everyone except my mother. Super disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. You can find more beautiful pieces with faster shipping on Etsy, and help a small business. Take your business elsewhere.

I finally got mine after waiting forever but I did get it and it's correct. I also got someone else's order so if you're missing a constellation with two names on it and a date that says 9-10-1983 please let me know and I'll get it sent to you if you can tell me the names on it and the other writing it has on it. I'm sure someone wants this for Christmas and I would like to get it to you on time if possible I'm not sure how else to find the owners of this item. I ordered 2 personal lighters and still have not received them. The email they provide for assistance doesn't send your message. So as far as I am concerned its a scam. Shame shame.

I ordered 2 metal laser cut signs but received less expensive balsa type wood signs. Design and name were correct but instead of laser cut metal the lettering is very poor quality wood engraving.

Didn't get my order

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I purchased something for my grandmother and never received it! They told me to ask my neighbours is they took my order. I am beyond upset. I have asked for a refund, they won't grant me one. So now I am out money around the Christmas holidays….upset would be an understatement

They stole my money

Callie.com stole my money. I payed for super urgent shipping, and yet to hear back from them. I have emailed & message & even called the number they have listed several times and no answer. This is so frustrating. They are advertising false products & misleading people. And now their number is not listed on the website. I sent in a photo of my children for a custom necklace dog tag and still no signs of anything I also order a name buckle belt and the same no answer. I am so angry because I've been duke by this company.

Buyer Beware

I purchased a Photo Portrait Memorial Cat Gravestone from www.callie.com. This item is custom made and requires a personal photo to be sent. Prior to placing the order, I sent my photo to *******@callie.com to ensure that the quality was good enough. Customer service ensured me that the photo was appropriate. I then place my order. When I received my item, I noticed that it did not look like the examples provided on the website. The photo size and placement did not look good. I contacted customer service again and was told this was normal. They offered me a discount for another one of the same item or 70% of the purchase price excluding shipping. I wasn't happy with this offer, considering I felt like I had been mislead by the examples provided on the website. What was even more upsetting is that when I reviewed the item on their website, my review did not post. I gave them 2 stars and the review never posted to their website. It appears that they only allow high ranking reviews (4-5 stars) to post. This is so misleading and feels like a slap in the face to customers. The item reviews listed on their website were part of the reason why I decided to make my purchase. What I didn't know at the time is that Callie.com doesn't allow unfavorable reviews to post to their site. Therefore I was not making a fully informed decision. The site uses false advertising to lure in customers. I am disgusted with their practices.
