Ordered a package for my mother in law as a thank you for helping out so much with my two littles under 3 (placed order on 3/1/24). It is now the 26th of the month and the last update I have is from the 13th on the tracker. I have sent both an email and fb message to the website (not that I think they have anything to do with actual delivery), I just want an update on order. Update: 4-2-24. The package finally arrived. After emailing them they responded within hours. It is exactly what I wanted. And my mother in law loves it so much. Shipping takes a bit longer than the site says when placing the order. But it did finally come and it's perfect.

I ordered 3 products from this company. Two arrived correctly, one was misspelled. I checked my order; it was submitted correctly. I emailed the company and included photos. No response. I emailed again 13 days later. Still no response. I'm beginning to think I'm stuck with an incorrect order. This company is not trustworthy. I won't be ordering anything from them again.

I emailed the company and included photos. No response. I emailed again 13 days later. Still no response. I'm beginning to think I'm stuck with an incorrect order. This company is not trustworthy. I won't be ordering anything from them again.

I ordered 14 blankets, all personalized of course. They not only were 1-2 inches shorter than advertised, the blankets were thin and poor quality. The blanket looked like it was several years old and was coming apart. I emailed them right away, so I am awaiting to hear back how they respond to my request. I should have read the reviews first, or I would not have bought from this company. Very disappointed in the quality of their product.

I ordered a personalized gift and after 2 months received notification that it was shipped. 1 month later still not received and when contacting support they stated I did receive. My only options were 1) they would reship once I returned original (hard to do since I never received) 2) reorder (basically pay for same item again) or 3) get 70% refund (could not get full refund). I will never order another product from them!

I ordered a personalized blanket for my grandson as a holiday gift on November 26.
I inquired several times about an arrival date. At one point it was lost at a post office in NY. Then I got no reply for a few weeks. After the New Year and no response, I wrote to cancel the order. Then it arrived with 3 packaging labels, one on top of the other and no receipt of any kind. Very disappointed!

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered five personalized keychains as Christmas gifts. I received four of the items, but the fifth item was completely wrong. I checked my order to see that I entered everything correctly, and I did. I notified customer service immediately and tried contacting them three times by messenger and email. I finally got a response 10 days later letting me know that they will send the correct item in 2 to 3 weeks. I do not have high hopes that I will actually receive it, but even if I do, I would never use this company again.

The product arrived not as ordered. Lucky me I was given the opportunity to bug a new one for only 50% of the original price. 🙄 I mean if I'm super dumb than that's a great plan. But I'd prefer my money back. Terrible customer service and nothing special product.

I made a order in September the 2nd last week out of 3 /2 of my Items received it. And I'm waiting for the Item that you see in this page. I order for my daughter. Getting merry and it was or is a gift for her. And still is October 6 no one says what happens to the order or refund, replace it.Also when you finally have a response same massage over and over I wish we can get a Law investigate or find out these website that think they can get away with it.

I ordered a personalized stuffed bunny for my grandson's first birthday. I was very disappointed in the product I recieved. Everything about the bunny was crooked and lopsided. When contacting the company, I received a reply from an email I sent 3 weeks ago and they did not address the current issue at all. When I sent a second email, they offered to make me another one. I don't want another one as it wouldn't arrive in time for Easter, so I requested a refund. I have yet to hear back from them. Please, check the reviews for the product you want to purchase. I usually do, but I didn't for this and I am regretting it. I will not be purchasing from this company again, nor will I be recommending it to anyone. Awful experience all around.

I love my nursing bag but the monogram is peeling after only less than a month. I will never order nor will I recommend this company to anyone. They have a lot of bad reviews. I wished I had checked that first

I ordered three necklaces with images of my dogs. The images didn't transfer properly. I requested a refund. They said they would give me 30% off. Great. I threw out the necklaces and still no refund. I'm frustrated. They are not a good company

Don't shop here. Horrible quality and no refund.

I orederd 2 tree names … both pretty BUT only ONE came in the correct order…when I contacted them explaining this a few times they kept telling me to take the paper off of it … I guess the words and order works magically be correct! They are not willing AT ALL to either 1) make me another one ( I would have sent the other one back) and do it correctly OR 2) send me my refund back … horrible since it was their mistake in the first place! Horrible horrible customer service!

I should have done more research. Poor customer service. I ordered my MIL'S Christmas gift on 12/5 and paid for expedited shipping (with a delivery estimate of 12/16-12/18. I contacted them on 12/16, as I hadn't heard from them regarding shipping. The responded saying that the item was ready to ship and that I'd receive notification soon. I didn't, but I checked the order details page and saw it shipped, with a delivery estimate of 12/27! I contacted them again, saying that was unacceptable. They said they could not refund my expedited shipping cost, as I paid the shipping carrier, not them. Deplorable customer service. I absolutely will never ever order from this website again and would dissuade anyone considering them to look elsewhere.

I wanted to purchase a luggage cover protector I spoke to customer service to make sure I got the right size for my carry on luggage and I ordered what they told me was the right size at a cost of $45 finally and it's to big it slides downandgets stuck in the wheelsmakingitdifficult to wheel the luggage, I spoke to them sent photos this is their reply

We're willing to compensate 30% of the order amount to you for this issue, would you please keep the item?
Because according to our return policy, for qualified item returns, you will need to return at your own cost to get 70% refund(30% is the crafting fee for personalized product).

My monogram bundle wrap for a baby boy would have been perfect, but the letters were made of cheap paper lettering. Not what was shown on the picture. Horrible.

I ordered a personalized necklace for my sister-in-law after her father passed away, intending to include a locket with a childhood photo of her and her dad. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by selecting the copper option for $47.00, which is prone to tarnishing and could potentially cause skin discoloration. Realizing my error, I requested a return label to exchange it for the sterling silver upgrade priced at $67.00 to ensure durability and quality. However, Callie's lockets informed me of their return policy, stating that customers are responsible for craftsmanship fees related to personalization. This meant that I would need to pay around $13 for the personalization of the necklace, and they would refund 70% of the purchase price.Despite agreeing to these terms, when I asked for a refund label, they initially agreed but later refused to provide one. Instead, they offered me a 50% discount on the silver necklace. This left me with two necklaces and an increased cost due to their inconsistent policies. Additionally, I discovered complaints about the angel wings falling off from other customers who purchased the same necklace, highlighting further issues with the company's quality and customer service.I acknowledge that I should have been more cautious and researched the company thoroughly before making the purchase. My primary intention was to offer comfort to my sister-in-law during a difficult time, but unfortunately, I encountered challenges with the product and the company's policies.

Do not order from here. I paid extra for priority shipping for Christmas. Ordered begin not Dec and still have not received my order. No contact number for customer service. Very sketchy email contact. They would not refund me.

The item we ordered was nothing like we received. Over priced $5 stuffed animal. It had literally a tag pinned in ear easily removable and said bc custom tag they wanted us to pay return shipping and a restocking fee on a stuffed animal. Customer service poor don't waste time or money here

Ordered their custom golf ball marker so I could put a personalized logo on my golf balls. Was three weeks late. Then the marker only worked for five times before it stopped printing. A total waste of money and time. Total scam!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! I ordered a memorial lantern back in NOVEMBER 2023 to give to my dad for Christmas of my mother that just passed away. The estimated delivery was 2 weeks and I ended up receiving it 2 MONTHS LATER! Upset but happy that I finally got it I start reading the wording on the lantern and see there are 4 different words that are misspelled! Annoyed I emailed them right away and they responded back a week later saying they would remake the product and that I didn't have to send back the original and it would arrive in a week or 2. Well finally ANOTHER MONTH later I get the remade product and you wouldn't freakin believe that they are now other words misspelled and if it couldn't get any worse this one has a huge piece at the top of the lantern broken off! 😡 I am beyond furious and emailed them again demanding a refund because this is completely unacceptable! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I had an ornament made for my best friend. I paid for expedited shipping... And the normal shipping had it due here at the latest in the 10th. I've reached out.they say my orders finished and I'll get shipping info... And wish me a merry Christmas.
And I've gotten no shipping info or my purchase, its the 16th today. The last time I heard from them was 3 days ago again saying my order was ready and would be shipped and I'd get an update.
I won't use them again.

Buyer, beware! Ordering an Apple Watch strap tried to return it they will not respond to emails. There's no customer service number just don't do it you're gonna lose money if you're not satisfied. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We made the mistake of ordering from Callie over a month ago. We were told that estimated delivery would put the item here in time for Christmas (estimated delivery date Dec 14). It is the 14th of December and the item is still in China. While I cannot comment on the quality of the item yet, I can tell you that they are dishonest in location and time for shipping.

Spent almost 100 dollars, I did receive my product, LATE but it came. It was total JUNK! Was three specialty necklaces that looked NOTHING like the photos I sent. They did respond, once, saying they would redo one of them, but since then (and multiple messages from me) I haven't heard jack crap! I suspect I'll NEVER get the remake. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS HONG KONG CRAP BUSINESS! I wish I didn't even have to award them with one star because they deserve NOTHING!
