When ordering on Dec. 11,4 products I ordered (stating I qualified for free shipping) stated products would be rec'd by Christmas (1st lie)...when I got to my cart to pay, it then said I would need to pay $13 to ensure products would be rec'd by Christmas, so I did...hesitantly. (2nd lie to get more money). I rec'd them Dec 28. Christmas ruined, and since my relatives live so far away, I will need to re-ship to them, which will cost me approx another $40.
Mechanic mug was sent to me with the name "John", when I clearly ordered "Matthew" (double checked). Now I will have to go thru the return hassle.

* Sign with "Matthew's Garage", and car from downloaded photo was nice.
* Flashlight with "Andre" was nice quality but extremely tiny.I didn't think to look at the size. Came in a nice carrying case.
* Violin rosin box--- box was nice quality, but name and design is not engraved...it is stamped on the top, and will eventually wear off.
I purchased 3 personalized pet hampers that were supposed to come with the pets name and photo. All 3 arrived with only the name… no photos. The company did not respond to any of my emails. Horrible company.

First time using this website. Gifts were all personalized and looked amazing on the website. However, what I received did not look like the mock-up photo of the personalized night light that they sent me before I placed my order. The actual backdrop of acrylic lamp portion was cloudy and muted the colors of the illustrated unicorn photo and person's name. The photo they sent me was clear and you could see the illustrated unicorn photo very clearly. Not so with the actual product. The wooden base looked great but the light part looked cheap and very dull looking. I have sent a note to their Customer Service on these issues, but have not yet heard back. At this point, I probably will not order from them again, even though they show a lot of really creative and cute personalized items for gifts. I've attached photos of the mock-up of what they sent me it would look like and the actual product received. Very dull looking because of the cloudy/filmy plastic used. I've also sent a proof of purchase. I was really disappointed in the quality of the lamp, not the lamp's base.

Ok so I ordered a few things totaling $135. Their shipping was $33! They said it was the 2 blankets I ordered. Even though it states $6 for shipping. Fast forward to Dec 23 and it shows STILL processing. So they gave me a 10%refund. $13. On 12/25 it shows it's a refunded order. No shipped, no processing, just under refunded. But I FINALLY get an email with shipping info. If course, it's from CHINA. Even though it says England. That's why the smells, the long shipping time, the crappy products some get. Well it's Dec 27 and I STILL don't have Christmas gifts from them even though I received personalized stuff 2 weeks ago that I ordered AFTER I ordered from Callie that was from another place.
I gave 2 stars, one for the good communication and the other for the partial refund they gave me. Buyer be VERY wary. I honestly would just shop somewhere else. Oh but a plus is they take PayPal which will make it right. I'm waiting another week and if it's not here, I'm filing for full refund.

Ordered a package for my mother in law as a thank you for helping out so much with my two littles under 3 (placed order on 3/1/24). It is now the 26th of the month and the last update I have is from the 13th on the tracker. I have sent both an email and fb message to the website (not that I think they have anything to do with actual delivery), I just want an update on order.
Update: 4-2-24. The package finally arrived. After emailing them they responded within hours. It is exactly what I wanted. And my mother in law loves it so much. Shipping takes a bit longer than the site says when placing the order. But it did finally come and it's perfect.

I finally got mine after waiting forever but I did get it and it's correct. I also got someone else's order so if you're missing a constellation with two names on it and a date that says 9-10-1983 please let me know and I'll get it sent to you if you can tell me the names on it and the other writing it has on it. I'm sure someone wants this for Christmas and I would like to get it to you on time if possible I'm not sure how else to find the owners of this item. I ordered a Pokémon card joke gift. This was the worst printing job I've ever seen.
1. The printing is cheap
2. The cardboard used is low quality paper/cardboard.
3. the cut of the card is non-symmetrical
4. You split the word « to » into 2 lines (seriously?!?)
5. The card came bent, including the plastic cover which is bent.
6.0 quality control.

Products come from China and you don't get your products anywhere near when they tell you that you'll receive them. Mine has been stuck in LAX customs for more than a week

Brought a personalized bag the item arrived with a big flaw through the name, they wont honor there own policy and states it was how it was folded in transit and I would have to pay the postage and would only get 70% back 30% is for the crafters fee. Have now put it in the hands of fair trading and ACCC. Had I had known the product was being made and sent from China I would have never of purchased. I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. I purchased customized name blankets for myself, my 13 yr old, and my 20 yr old as Christmas gifts. They pretty much are the size to cover from the knee down and the quality is very poor. There is NO way I'm giving them as gifts. I'm certain they would think it was a prank gift. Lol… They serve no purpose as blankets due to the ridiculous and misleading size. I will definitely NOT be recommending these and will let people know to be very cautious if thinking about this product.

I ordered 15 personalized drink stirrers. They arrived with a "protective coating" that is IMPOSSIBLE to remove. It would take a sharp object to scratch this off and would be extremely time consuming. It peels as you attempt to remove. Since I would need 600, I would never achieve the task at hand. So glad I ordered a trial run before trusting their quality. Cheap garbage. I will be contacting my credit card company. False advertising on their site showing the product one way and shipping it another way, with an impossible cheap film you can't remove. I offered to send back so they could remove it themselves!
