I don't often leave reviews but feel it's needed.Wish I had read reviews prior to ordering. Very cheap quality, shipped from China so took ages. Feel I could have done something better myself. Not worth the money or time at all. Wanted a keepsake for my pet that had passed away but not happy at all with the product.
Ordered 2 glasses as gifts and after 3 weeks still have not received them. Was told that the address I supplied was an incorrect address and the package could not be delevered. Was offered a 70% refund, or, I could reorder and pay an additional 30%.

Ordered 4 beach towels for my grandchildren personalised, opened the package tonight to gift wrap. They are cheap and extremely poor quality. Very disappointing as they are made out of polyester which is highly flammable and no warning about this. Ordered for Christmas and definitely feeling ripped off at $139.00 plus postage. The edging is only overlocked as well. If I could give a zero star I would.

I have ordered many items from here and was pleased but I made a mistake the last time and ordered the wrong size bracelet. I emailed them to see about returning it for a larger size. No response. I had to email them several times before getting a response. After that it from bad to worse. They continue to send the same message but not how I can return and swap. I even told them that I would pay shipping and handling to send it back and for the larger bracelet to be sent back to me. Still no response. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered their custom golf ball marker so I could put a personalized logo on my golf balls. Was three weeks late. Then the marker only worked for five times before it stopped printing. A total waste of money and time. Total scam!

I ordered a personalized gift and after 2 months received notification that it was shipped. 1 month later still not received and when contacting support they stated I did receive. My only options were 1) they would reship once I returned original (hard to do since I never received) 2) reorder (basically pay for same item again) or 3) get 70% refund (could not get full refund). I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered five personalized keychains as Christmas gifts. I received four of the items, but the fifth item was completely wrong. I checked my order to see that I entered everything correctly, and I did. I notified customer service immediately and tried contacting them three times by messenger and email. I finally got a response 10 days later letting me know that they will send the correct item in 2 to 3 weeks. I do not have high hopes that I will actually receive it, but even if I do, I would never use this company again.

The item we ordered was nothing like we received. Over priced $5 stuffed animal. It had literally a tag pinned in ear easily removable and said bc custom tag they wanted us to pay return shipping and a restocking fee on a stuffed animal. Customer service poor don't waste time or money here

I ordered 14 blankets, all personalized of course. They not only were 1-2 inches shorter than advertised, the blankets were thin and poor quality. The blanket looked like it was several years old and was coming apart. I emailed them right away, so I am awaiting to hear back how they respond to my request. Callie.com stole my money. I payed for super urgent shipping, and yet to hear back from them. I have emailed & message & even called the number they have listed several times and no answer. This is so frustrating. They are advertising false products & misleading people. And now their number is not listed on the website. I sent in a photo of my children for a custom necklace dog tag and still no signs of anything I also order a name buckle belt and the same no answer. I am so angry because I've been duke by this company.

I inquired several times about an arrival date. At one point it was lost at a post office in NY. Then I got no reply for a few weeks. After the New Year and no response, I wrote to cancel the order.
