Horrible experience. I bought a leash rack from them — the hooks and the rack did not go together and you cannot put the hooks on the rack (too solid) a complete waste of money. And trying to get your money back from these people? Forget about it —more cheap crap from China.

A while ago I purchased Personalized Luggage Straps, which I loved but didn't actually get to use them till last week due to not being able to travel for so long (Covid etc)
I went on 1 trip with 4 flights in total. When I picked up my suitcase from the baggage carousel, the strap clip had been broken and the strap was just loose around my case.
It is obvious that the clip to do up the strap is not good quality if it can not make 1 short holiday
I have let Callie.com know and sent photos of the broken clasp, but as I purchased them over the 99 day warranty period, they will not replace the item.
They did offer 30% of another strap. I declined that offer as I think that a product that only lasts 1 trip is definately not worth the money...

I ordered a personalized wallet for Father's Day. When I ordered it the site said order today for guaranteed Father's Day delivery. I ordered and chose "super urgent shipping" to ensure the wallet would arrive in time. A few days after my order, I got an email stating that my item could not be shipped. I called customer service and the woman assured me that everything was fine with the shipping and I would receive it in time for Father's Day. Several days after that I received another email stating that they were not able to ship the item. The wallet finally shipped today after over a week of trying to figure it what was going on, and since Father's Day is tomorrow, it will not arrive in time. Save yourself some frustration and NEVER buy from this company.

I ordered a 30x24 canvas personalized. I called them upon arrival and told them that there was wrinkles in it I attached pictures they wrote back saying we can't see any wrinkles. This product is a roll up canvas and it was put into a itty bitty tiny Square sleeve metal so I think I know where the wrinkles came from and they are not replacing this! Errrr

Be aware! They show beautiful products on their homepage, but they do not deliver the same. What you see is NOT what you get.
They also do not respond to emails sent to their support email. I only got a response when I logged an issue via PayPal and even then they deny that they've sent an item that does not match what you have ordered.

Extremely poor. First one was ordered as a surprise for me from my wife, frame was damaged, plastic cover was scratched and damaged, and forgot numbers on some dates. Contacted them and offered a 20% refund for errors and damaged frame. After refusing such ridiculous proposal they agreed to fix it and send a new one no extra charge. 2nd frame arrives, again frame damaged, screen damaged and AGAIN mistakes in the dates.

Answer: Pat, I'd stop payment right away! I've purchased from Callie 5 times and ever time I've received a confirmation of my order at the time my payment is confirmed. Also, call their customer service number.
Answer: From my experience, it takes 10 days to 2 weeks to get what I've ordered from Callie. They do give an estimate of the time that it takes from the time I place my order to when it gets to my home. This information is on the order that I receive by email after the payment info is confirmed. I think it's because the items sit in customs for awhile
