When ordering on Dec. 11,4 products I ordered (stating I qualified for free shipping) stated products would be rec'd by Christmas (1st lie)...when I got to my cart to pay, it then said I would need to pay $13 to ensure products would be rec'd by Christmas, so I did...hesitantly. (2nd lie to get more money). I rec'd them Dec 28. Christmas ruined, and since my relatives live so far away, I will need to re-ship to them, which will cost me approx another $40.
Mechanic mug was sent to me with the name "John", when I clearly ordered "Matthew" (double checked). Now I will have to go thru the return hassle.
* The mug was ok otherwise.
* Sign with "Matthew's Garage", and car from downloaded photo was nice.
* Flashlight with "Andre" was nice quality but extremely tiny.I didn't think to look at the size. Came in a nice carrying case.
* Violin rosin box--- box was nice quality, but name and design is not engraved...it is stamped on the top, and will eventually wear off.
Save your money! This is cheaply made junk. The pictures of the products are nowhere close to what you get. My shirt was supposed to be sequins. It's screen printed dots to try and look like sequins. The necklace I got looked like a thick chain and charm, it's thin and cheap. And delivery was super slow

I ordered a personalized tumbler on 12-5-24. It said I would receive between 12/17 and 12/22. I still have not received it. The tracking was last updated on 12/19/24. I am very upset ad this was a Christmas gift. I will never order from them again.

Ordered ornaments on Dec. 2nd. Estimated arrival was Dec.15-18 and and they advertised-Will receive before Christmas! It is the 24th and tracking says In transit to next facility will arrive late! I don't really need ornaments after Christmas! I will never order from Callie again and advise others not to either. I plan on returning these items if I ever get them. Don't make promises you can't keep and spoil gift giving for the holidays!

The light keeps going on and off. On one side the image is blurry and it's the side that you can read the name clearly but if I turn it around, all looks clear But the name is backwards. This is Not acceptable. I will not buy from Callie again.

Ordered from Callie on 11/28 with the advertising that items will arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. They noted 1-3 weeks but the package has mysteriously not moved since 12/4 according to their tracking.
After communicating with them via email, they provided the tracking and location (that I already knew) and said shipping times were delayed due to the amount of holiday packages.
This is unacceptable and I am so sorry I ordered from them.
My next email today will be asking for a refund for their false shipping advertising!

I just received my bracelet, and it's impossible to adjust it. I have tried everything, and can't get the bracelet adjusted. To return the item costs me more money than I paid for it. The bracelet was apparently not tested before it was sent out. They don't care, and all they want is their money. I would never buy anything from them again, - EVER! AND, it took forever to arrive!

Ordered 4 beach towels for my grandchildren personalised, opened the package tonight to gift wrap. They are cheap and extremely poor quality. Very disappointing as they are made out of polyester which is highly flammable and no warning about this. Ordered for Christmas and definitely feeling ripped off at $139.00 plus postage. The edging is only overlocked as well. If I could give a zero star I would.

Bought 3x tooth fairy door hangers for my children. My oldest lost her first tooth today so we opened it and as I hung it on the door it snapped & broke - very upset for wasting money on 3 of them.

I notified them and they offered to send me another one with correct personalization but I would not even receive it until after Christmas. They did not offer me a refund.

First time using this website. Gifts were all personalized and looked amazing on the website. However, what I received did not look like the mock-up photo of the personalized night light that they sent me before I placed my order. The actual backdrop of acrylic lamp portion was cloudy and muted the colors of the illustrated unicorn photo and person's name. The photo they sent me was clear and you could see the illustrated unicorn photo very clearly. Not so with the actual product. The wooden base looked great but the light part looked cheap and very dull looking. I have sent a note to their Customer Service on these issues, but have not yet heard back. At this point, I probably will not order from them again, even though they show a lot of really creative and cute personalized items for gifts. I've attached photos of the mock-up of what they sent me it would look like and the actual product received. Very dull looking because of the cloudy/filmy plastic used. I've also sent a proof of purchase. I was really disappointed in the quality of the lamp, not the lamp's base.

Brought a personalized bag the item arrived with a big flaw through the name, they wont honor there own policy and states it was how it was folded in transit and I would have to pay the postage and would only get 70% back 30% is for the crafters fee. Have now put it in the hands of fair trading and ACCC. Had I had known the product was being made and sent from China I would have never of purchased. This company are very dishonest and misleading first and last time I order from this shonky business never again will they get my money!

I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. I purchased customized name blankets for myself, my 13 yr old, and my 20 yr old as Christmas gifts. They pretty much are the size to cover from the knee down and the quality is very poor. There is NO way I'm giving them as gifts. I'm certain they would think it was a prank gift. Lol… They serve no purpose as blankets due to the ridiculous and misleading size. I will definitely NOT be recommending these and will let people know to be very cautious if thinking about this product.

Answer: Pat, I'd stop payment right away! I've purchased from Callie 5 times and ever time I've received a confirmation of my order at the time my payment is confirmed. Also, call their customer service number.
Answer: From my experience, it takes 10 days to 2 weeks to get what I've ordered from Callie. They do give an estimate of the time that it takes from the time I place my order to when it gets to my home. This information is on the order that I receive by email after the payment info is confirmed. I think it's because the items sit in customs for awhile
