Love Calitiger pieces.
Very on trend beautiful pieces that are well made and last for a long time. Doesn't tarnish easily and they have sales often which makes the pieces more affordable. I tend to wear these pieces more than my other pieces (Kate Spade/MK/Stella and dot)

First of all the jewelry I received is the highest of quality and they have so many styles for literally everyone! The service was amazing and the emails I received were so kind and helpful! Also the packaging is to die for; you can tell Cali Tiger cares about their customers. Definitely will be ordering again!

DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU! Like many of these other poor souls, I was lured in by a fake "Free Necklace" scam. If you've used ShopPay before, they can gather your payment info and 3 hours after submitting my order, they'd charged me $65. The checkout process is confusingly simple and their customer service is non-existent. Also when I realized what happened and I tried to cancel and take responsibility for my own oversight, they'd already processed my order and responded in a one line email that was extremely dismissive & apathetic. They also block all comments on social media that aren't positive. I've tried to contact them during business hours for the last 2 days with no answer (save for the one email). Do not use this site!

This jewelry is more of a brass then it looks gold. Im guessing they are leaving fake reviews of their jewelry to make it look real. They also will not refund you. If I could give the quality of their jewelry zero stars I would and customer service would be in the minus. After doing more digging they are not an Australian company and I will be reporting them to the BBB for false advertisement

Very light poor quality jewellery, lots of clickbait specials. Just more landfill. Only just received it, you can't return sale items which most of their purchases would be. Spend more for better quality would be my advice

I bought a great deal of jewelry from their site, spent over $300. Never received anything for MONTHS. Emailed numerous times asking where my orders were, as it was only estimated to be about 2 weeks. No replies, no help, no nothing. Which is funny, because I had emailed before ordering to verify what metals are used and the quality of the jewelry. They reassured me there was no brass or nickel and it was high quality jewelry. I finally went to PayPal requesting my money back with proof I had not received a reply from Cali Tiger. PayPal reached out to them, and never received any info either. After about 6 months or so of dealing with this, I finally received my refund from PayPal. Another 4 months went by, and I received the jewelry I ordered. I tried wearing it and it made me break out in hives within 2 hours, which meant there is some kind of nickel used in their jewelry-something I'm highly allergic too and even asked prior to ordering if that was used in their jewelry, and they reassured me it was not. So I'm glad I got my refund eventually, and ended up donating my jewelry as it was totally useless to me. They're a terrible company. Don't waste your time with them!

I research a couple of different company's before making a purchase. I went with Cali river bc it had really good reviews and feedback. Unfortunately it was nothing like I thought. To begin when I received the pieces. They are low quality and started to turn a rose gold more than ‘gold' the bracelet has a piece at the end and it shows plain ‘silver' I was less than happy to see All this so I reach out. However the first thing they said was I couldn't return it bc it was on sale when I bought it ( their items are always on "sale") i was then told I could in fact return it however to ship it back to china. I was confused bc I thought they were an Austrian company which I questioned. They said they are but the warehouse are in china. Never the less I tried to ship it back but be aware it was 24 dollars thru ups I'm in the states. However they only track until it leaves the country after that the company can say they never got it and they never received it and there's nothing I can do. I could ups fedex or hdl it but it would of been 135 US dollars. My purchase is was about 142. So now I'm stuck with useless items. Buy at your own risk. Not a company I would stand by and waste my hard earn money. Very disappointed. And they hide bad reviews

I ordered from Cali Tiger almost three months ago but I am yet to receive my order. It was allegedly ‘delivered' on October 22 (I only received the ‘delivery' confirmation email today - November 14). I know this website was too good to be true. They're either posting fake reviews on their website or are paying people to write fake reviews. This company is a SCAM that just sends crappy low quality jewellery. Stay clear and just support local businesses on Etsy.

There are a few companies I order from and i know the quality is good. I should have just stuck with what I know. I got a load of ads on Instagram from this company and having clicked I signed up for their super flash sale. Big mistake, it meant i didn't check out reviews to see if this was a genuine company. I will never make that mistake again. The earrings are so cheap and fake looking, there is NO way they are 18k gold plated, I have a lot of jewellery that is gold plated so i know what that looks and feels like, I also know what cheap crap looks like. This is cheap Christmas cracker tat. The earrings are heavy (and broken) and are so heavy my lobes are dragged down. I will never ever order from here again. I am writing this so that hopefully other people don't make the same mistake, anyone who has written a positive review got paid, they are fake or (sorry) you don't know good jewellery when you see it. Stay away from this crap and saved your hard earned money. So disappionted. Also one more thing... you have to pay customs charge which I hadn't realised. Thankfully they valued their crap at 4 US dollars so I only had to pay about 1.50 euro plus a post office charge... moral of the story read the reviews before you purchase.

Just as I've figured, my bank has notified me that my request to withdraw the chargeback was fufilled on 8/5 and it is now 8/18. I have been patient and compliant and again, it seems as if they are not going to give me my money back so I will be opening another dispute, providing all evidence of communication with someone named "Normalyn", so I can finally receive my money back. DO NOT give your money to this company.

The quality of the earrings doesn't match to the state in a he description (18K golden plated). They look as a cheap fake. You can see earrings from Cali Tiger shop in comparison to good quality golden plated earrings from another shop in the photo. Also, I can not return it, because it was kinda "sale item". Fraud!

They sent me a Ruby Chain with tarnished clasps. And when I emailed customer service, there was so much back and forth where they asked me to take the chain out of the original packaging to "get a better look" and after I did, THEY REFUSED TO SEND A REPLACEMENT! Worst customer service and jewelry quality. How can you say " we will not be sending a replacement order since this is not a faulty item"? I guess tarnishing is the norm for this brand as thays not considered to be faulty...

I brought the Avila Necklace. Came fast - but is such a cheap, Chunky plastic looking necklace. The whole website was on sale when i brought this and now i cant return it because of their policy if its on sale no returns. So now all i get it a exchange or a in store credit. I don't want anything from here, so I'm stuck with this. I have written 2 reviews on the necklace and they haven't posted either. I had emailed them 4 times about a refund and it took them 2 weeks for a response and they only responded because i took it onto the Instagram page. They cover up all the honest reviews. Also heads up, they say this is from Melbourne but my shipping information said it was coming from china - makes sense.

Their products are from China and they take literally forever to ship them. They say that they should take 65 days or less to be delivered. Don't buy from them.

The product arrived sooner than expected which made me really happy. I ordered the cali coin and the aria. Both looked really cheap. When you wear it people who knows real gold jewelry would know right away it's fake. I'm too embarrassed to wear it. Please save your money and buy a real gold jewelry instead.

I just received my order. At first I was confused, as the items I received did not look like on the pictures on IG. The quality is not great. The necklaces and ring that I ordered are very flimsy. The design is cute, but not worth it. Eventhough, I bought mine on a discount. And, it looks like this is a dropship.
Also, with the amount of money I paid, I am expecting to a least have their product in a cloth, not this plastic resealable bag that it came in. The box is well made thought.

After 6 months wait due to courier delivery issues, Cali Tiger kindly sent a full replacement order which arrived as expected, and I am VERY happy with the products. Necklaces and rings were better then I even expected, lovely package box and car card included. Issue was around the courier company in Australia, not with Cali Tiger. Thank you!

Avoid buying from here at all costs! I like many others gave into their attractive marketing and insta photos by doing a one off mystery box special where I only had to pay shipping. I received a cheap yellow ring and had immediately cancelled my subscription to avoid further charges yet it still charges me $40USD for the next month's box - with no way of cancelling it. I then email to request a refund and they tell me "they can't refund sale items or online specials" even tho I had paid FULL price for it and NO where does it say that the mystery boxes cannot be refunded.

Horrible, cheap and deceiving company. How disappointing that there's still popular companies that operate like this while getting away with it.
