They sent me a Ruby Chain with tarnished clasps. And when I emailed customer service, there was so much back and forth where they asked me to take the chain out of the original packaging to "get a better look" and after I did, THEY REFUSED TO SEND A REPLACEMENT! Worst customer service and jewelry quality. How can you say " we will not be sending a replacement order since this is not a faulty item"? I guess tarnishing is the norm for this brand as thays not considered to be faulty...
