It's been 4 months I haven't yet received my order. They said they will give me store credit but when I checked they didn't even put any credits under my account. They later said they will give me $50 refund but it's been over a month and I haven't yet received the refund. I sent another email but they stopped responding. SCAM. They're scamming ppl. Dishonest and unethical. Worst business ever.

They are really scamming people order lot of stuff which never arrived. I kept emailing them and they just ignore all of them no reply at all. I need my refund any how.its been 3 months now.

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with Cali Tiger. I placed a sizable order on May 6,2025, totaling €67,75, and they also charged me €39 for some useless "VIP offer" that I never asked for and that provides zero value. Fast forward over two months later, and I still haven't received anything. The tracking number they provided hasn't updated since May 7—it literally says "No order info available." Absolutely unacceptable. What's worse? I've placed jewelry orders with other brands since then and received everything within 1-2 weeks, no issues at all. So clearly, the problem is Cali Tiger's incompetence, not international shipping. I've sent multiple emails this past month and have received nothing but automated bot responses—no real help, no resolution, and certainly no sign of customer service. Just radio silence. Their products are grossly overpriced for the abysmal service they provide. At this point, I honestly believe this is a scam operation. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Save yourself the stress, time, and money—do NOT order from Cali Tiger.

Bought a pair of ear ring that never to be delivered, and charged my credit card for VIP membership (monthly) without my approval. Customer service is a mess and NO REFUND for the unwanted VIP membership!
Crazy company! Dont fell for their prank!

PLEASE GIVE THE REFUND! What an unprofessional store and team! It's been 2 months since I placed an order and no tracking details. No one should ever place an order from this company.

I bought a necklace thinking that it was just that. Cali tiger is a scam! They took $99 for a membership I DIDN'T EVEN SIGN UP FOR! I am livid! They are thieves. Thieves!

I bought jewelry over almost 3 weeks ago and have yet received the order. I also got charger $151 after a week of buying their items because I thought they were offering "free" VIP membership for that specific time I bought their items and it said "$0.00" or "Free". Now, I fan't even manage my account or subscription on their defective website.

Terrible customer service. They don't care at all. Won't let me return a ring after they gave me the wrong size that is too small. Won't refund and only offer credit that I can't access without a membership. Basically they are scammers.

The experience was bad that I have made a purchase of the jewellery on 8 June 2024 and without my consent I was being charged extra of 151 USD on 22 June 2024 for a membership subscription. The worst thing is when I contacted the customer service, this cannnot be solved. And was told I have to cancel the membership on my own (without any guidance). My problem now is I don't even sign up for any membership and I do not want to pay extra 151 USD for things I don't sign up for! I have seen similar complaints online, meaning you are going around to cheat your sincere customers! This is bad!

Thieves! My card was charged without my authorization for fabricated products. They listed a package number but it never arrived and there is no information about the package. I was charged two months in a row until I noticed that there was an automatic charge that I never approved!

Not genuine jewelry as advertised 18k Gold Plated, however it is very clearly not. Look and feel is very cheap. As was flash sale and required free membership for a free necklace i believe. When i was charged the ongoing membership charge, the only way to cancel was to email. I email quite a few times and no response. They have gone on to continue charging another 2 months with no reply email.
BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE

After purchasing the products (which is of okay quality), few weeks later, my card was suddenly deducted for a gold membership which I did not sign up for. Asked them for a refund multiple times, but they said system is not able to refund, and the only thing they can do is cancel it so that i will not be charged again when this expires. Total scam do not buy unless you want your card information to be stored and to pay for some membership you never signed up for. If they do this to 100 customers, imagine the unauthorised profit. Geez.

Don't waste your money. Just don't do it. It's a shame because they have nice designs, but that is literally it. It looks and feels cheap and I am considering a chargeback and see how that goes.

The jewelry looks very cheap and worn, as if it has already been used. Their condition is unsatisfactory, and the appearance of the items does not match what was stated on the website.

Bought two rings and a pair of earrings. One month in, the clasp on one of the earrings broke and it fell out while I was wearing them, and both rings are so scratched and dented and dull beyond belief. The quality of their products are shockingly bad. If you're looking for good quality waterproof gold jewellery, use HeyHarper instead. My pieces from them look better after two years of daily wear than Cali Tiger's do after a month.

If I could give them a "0", I would. My purchase never arrived and Calit Tiger refused to reimburse me for my undelivered jewellery. This also happened to another reviewer where the order never arrived and Cali Tiger just said "it was delivered" when it clearly was not. Horrible customer service - they asked me to go contact the courier to find out what happened to the package.

Super cheap and rubbish jewelry looks nothing like the photos. Just tacky rubbish so disappointing would not recommend buying from here.
