I am very happy with the overall experience of purchasing with nbeads. It is easy to search for items without being shown totally irrelevant items.
My order was processed quickly, packed well and arrived quickly. The postage seems expensive but the goods are such a good price that you should look at the overall cost. To me the end price including postage was still very good value.

Hi experience with Nbeads was amazing. From start to finish and their top-notch professionalism really impressed me. My order went out the next day after ordering the shipping didn't take long at all except for one order. But that was the fall of United States Postal Service not Nbeads. Their product is completely quality and some of the cheapest beads around that I found. Cheap in price not in quality. I will always be an NBEADS customer

I had multiple orders already with nbeads and they are consistent on fast delivery and good customer service. What you order is what you will get, no false advertising whatsoever. They are also giving you update on everything until handed over to the courier and this i would say is a very important feature that all international suppliers should have. In general they are doing a tremendous job.

My go to place for all of my bead requirements. Although I am in the UK, the delivery time is still good as they dispatched quickly. On the odd occasion I have a broken or faulty item, their customer service is excellent.

I'll definitely be ordering from nbeads again. The products arrived way sooner than expected (less than a week) and I was very pleased with my purchase. Everything I ordered was as pictured and described, with no surprises in quality.

So far I have placed 4 orders with Nbeads, I'm based in the U. K. so delivery from China is usually 1-3 weeks which is very acceptable. I like how VAT is added at checkout to avoid taxes and import duties being paid at delivery! Their Beads and charms are good quality and very good prices, I will definitely place more orders in the future.
