Every year I give calendars as gifts. There is such a wide selection that it's not hard to find something appropriate for anyone. I love getting calendars myself!
What happened to this company? Previously they actually had customer service. Do they have one employee who cares anymore? I ordered an Oregon Ducks calendar, they sent a SI Swimsuit calendar. Pretty girls but not what I ordered.
I've tried for over a week to return it--no luck. Their phone system only has robots answer--never a live person. I left a call back number but no call in two days--apparently others have had a similar experience as their waiting queue is long or there's no one home to answer it. I tried returns on the website as instructed by the phone robot but there is no such thing as a "Return Merchandise Authorization" form there. So I tried a chat only to find I was the 8th person waiting in that queue. As I said they appear to be out of employees who know what service means.
Business is pretty simple: find a need an fill it. But when you do it wrong and can't/won't make it right, business is also pretty brutal: you fail and go out of business. That may be where this company is headed so you might want to find a different supplier. At this rate they won't be around long.

I, too, wish I had read all of these reviews before making my Christmas purchase at calendars.com It would have saved me a ton of frustration. Here's MY story:
Every year, my wife puts a LANG calendar on her Christmas wish list, and each year I get it for her. This year, she found a "Simply Shaker" calendar that she absolutely loved. I placed an order online on December 6th with an expected delivery date of December 15. I kept checking the tracking status, and every time I checked, it pushed the date further and further out as I watched it bounce all over New York State. It was fairly close to my home at one point, then was shipped up to Rochester (three hours away), then to Syracuse, etc. To my great disappointment, it finally arrived on Monday, December 27 (obviously late for Christmas) AND to top it all off, it was damaged. My wife was extremely disappointed and decided to call the company to see if she could return it for a better one. She has tried three times now since Monday but has not been able to get in touch with anyone at the company. Today, she waited 45 minutes on hold, listening to "We thank you for your patience" and she finally gave up AGAIN. We're really not sure what we're going to do at this point. I feel as if we're stuck with a damaged product and not sure how to rectify it. It's obviously impossible to get in touch with a representative at the company.
I personally will never order anything from this company again. I feel like my only recourse is to leave an honest review and let others know of our bad experience. Hopefully they won't make the same mistake as I did.

Online ordering process filled with glitches in address fields, discount code, and shopping cart. Requested expedited shipping. Over three weeks out and still no order. DHL is slower than USPS and does not offer tracking once destination country has been reached. Contacted CS via email, no response. Attempt to check order status result in error every time.
If you scroll through the complaints, it is evident that the company is aware of their fulfillment issues and continues to offer the same canned response:
"I am so sorry you had a negative experience. We had some challenging staffing and shipping issues this past year related to COVID. Please reach out to our customer service team at *******@calendars.com or *******645 and mention sitejabber. We will see what we can do to make the situation better."
If your order arrives without incident, all may be OK, but for any issues, do not expect prompt or courteous help specific to your situation. If the overall customer service experience was satisfactory, customer complaints would not be spilling over to a website like this.

My order # is *******. It was placed on Nov 30,2020 and I received an email that it shipped on December 4,2020 and I was to have received it on December 11,2020. I have not yet received it. I called on Sunday December 13,2020 and was told to wait another 2-4 business days, as per the indication on your website. I waited and called back today (December 18,2020) because I still have not received the order. Today, after waiting on hold for 1 hour and 22 minutes, I spoke with the rudest customer service agent.
When I was dissatisfied with her response to wait another 10 business days and asked to speak with her supervisor, she hung up on me. UNACCEPTABLE. I expect this order to be cancelled. I am going to find the calendars else where. I have been a customer for many years, however I will NEVER shop with calendars.com again. Your shipping methods have always been precarious and it was just a matter of time before it happened that the order simply show up, Pandemic or no. I will be posting this review all over the internet. Cancel this order and refund my money, or my next stop is a dispute with my credit card company. You should be ashamed.

I placed an order on 11/10/20. Three weeks later, no tracking information. I call and speak to some idiot who said she couldn't see any information on the order, but it should be shipping in the next couple of days. I contact them a week later and they tell me two of the seven items I ordered were out of stock, not sure if they would come back in and that was the delay. Then, she asks if I want to process the order without the two items and it would be shipped out right away. I asked if the discounts would still be honored. She said, absolutely. Well, I get home, check the bank and they charged me full price + shipping! I sent them an email, they have an instant reply, it may take them 15 business days before they will respond. Customer Service hours are minimal. This is the most ridiculous experience. I tried to cancel the order, nope, can't do that, either. I'm going to dispute the charge and refuse the delivery. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE NITWITS!

I ordered about a dozen calendars from this site for Christmas presents and everyone found them to be very unique gifts as I could get them a calendar for exactly their hobby.
I've used Calendars.com for the last 5 or 6 years and have been pleased with their selection of items, prices and shipping. There have been no negative experiences or any other issues.

Order 11/19. MC charged twice! After processing 4wks I called 12/13, they stated payment denied. MC said not. Charged $31 shipping after quoted $17 to expedite.

Excellent layout of products makes it easy to find what you want. Lots of choices available to choose from. Site is easy to navigate. Will be getting my calendars here from now own.
Not only they don't ship but also they brag they have thousands of orders to take care of and they cannot even take care of your urgent request. The customer rep is not even well trained to take care of customers he can yell at you and mount up on you. Horrible and rude. NEVER EVER USE THIS SITE. DO NOT EVEN SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY FOR this type of business who do not appreciate there are cash flow occurring even though we go through tough times in this country.
