This vendor always has the parts I need and the checkout process runs super smooth!

They sent me the wrong hinges. I emailed and called but no response from customer service other than they sent me a link that states that I will have to pay for shipping and pay restocking fee. Really? I have to pay again even though you got my order wrong? Now I have to go somewhere else and buy the hinges again. Avoid these bums! What a rip off.

Original shipment we sent to your company was lost even with the post office confirming delivery, so we had an extra shipping cost to send another of our broken hinges.
Doug was able to locate a solution from colleagues at your company, they worked, we are ordering more.

Parts came in two shipments and took longer for the mailed ones. My fault because I only get mail box number and didn't think to give street address.

Exactly what needed

Shipper had an incomplete address, leaving off unit number and fedex could not deliver. I had to call fedex, they wanted only to work with shipper, but there was no phone number on website. Finally got unit number added and parts were delivered next day. Parts were incorrect, my fault. Waiting for RMA. I have more money in these slides than they are worth.

An installation instruction sheet included in the order would be handy. Fortunately, I found one on-line
