Order shipped in 3 shipments only got shipping information on two which raised a concern about if I would receive my complete order

Actually received second order before shipment notification email. Otherwise, process and products as expected. Overall, very good experience.

Would have been nice to know at time of purchase that the mounting bracket for the inside of the cabinet was not included with the hinge and also that it was different from the existing mounting bracket that I had even though this was the replacement hinge for my model number. Now I have to place s second order, pay more shipping charges and wait another week for some parts I should have already

I have ordered twice now for the right hinge. First time I think it was my mistake. The second time I think it was your mistake. Cannot seem to get the right one. Your picture looked exactly like the one I needed, even with the 1 1/4 marking on it but did not get that one.
