All in all a good transaction. Customer service was excellent. Order came packaged and padded very well. All 40 cabinet pulls packaged in individual plastic bags and in new condition. Only reason for 4 star overall was slow start in processing order due to out of stock condition that did not show up at order time. Natasha at customer service was amazing. She sourced the part at another location and personally managed my order to completion. I would order from them again.

It takes forever to get a reply, and then by email only, not phone. I STILL have not seen a complete invoice of what I was charged. I placed an order and a warranty replacement request separately (as I was unable to do them together online). However both were apparently shipped together and I now have no idea how much I was charged, as it was required to provide a credit card prior to placing both orders. This is very poor customer service in my opinion. I gave 2 stars instead of one since I did actually receive the items...They arrived in a giant bag with holes in the edges and cabinet hinges peeking out. I am surprised it arrived with all the parts. I will add that "lifetime warranty " covered hinges that have already been replaced once in 19 years since installation and are broken again should not cost me ANY shipping ($25 flat rate, whether 1 hinge or 50?! But work that out with BLUM). Not happy, but cost/time/labor prohibits me from changing completely to another brand of hinges. I would still like an invoice with total itemized cost...
