Awesome site, but 2 of the packages were damaged due to poor packing material inside box, other than that, a very fast delivery.

Received the wrong item. Contacted customer service by email several days ago; gave my order number and details of what I ordered and received, but have not heard back from them yet on how to get the correct item and return the one received in error. Would give more stars based on quality but not until this is resolved by receiving the correct item.

Part that was not their first recommendation, since it would mate with the existing 3 dozen hinges I already

Shipping cost seems very high

Cabinetparts.com gets the correct order to you fast. UPS totally crushed the box but it was well packaged and the parts were fine. Fast and reliable

Unfortunately, the hinges I bought do not fit. Live chat advised incorrectly. I have to return them and hopefully find new ones that will fit.

It's easy to find n order parts however delayed shipment but that's ok
