I needed an oversized king comforter to cover our adjustable base- the dimensions listed on the website were perfect, but when I got the comforter, it was 6 inches shorter than advertised and therefore, too small. I contacted the company and kept getting the run-around. They finally got back to me saying their quality control department said "if you pull the blanket taut, it will be the advertised dimensions." First, that is not accurate- pulling it taut with a person on all four sides, still rendered it several inches shorter than the advertised dimensions (refer to my photo- is there any way that blanket could be pulled in a manner that would magically produce 6 more inches?). Second, how on earth do you keep the comforter "pulled taut" when it's on your bed? Do you weigh it down with rocks? I asked to speak to a manager and he came back with the same response- it should be the advertised dimensions when pulled taut. I sent them photographs proving the measurements of the comforter I received, yet they still would not resolve the problem. All I wanted in the end, was for them to cover the $5.00 return shipping due to the false-advertisement of the size of the comforter, but they were not willing to do that. After a couple of weeks and far too much time wasted, I am just paying for the shipping myself and HOPE to get my money back. I will NEVER buy from this company again. I was leery about placing the order to begin with and I should have went with my gut. It is so much more worthwhile to purchase from an actual store where you can speak with people face-to-face and not get hassled like this. Their customer service was an absolute joke- even at the management level. We are talking about $5.00 to keep a customer happy over a matter that was the fault of the business, yet they refused to do so. Beware of this company, beware of the quality of their items, beware of the sizes advertised, beware if you have an issue and need to speak with customer service... just don't do it is all I can say! Also, as I'm writing this review, I see multiple other reviewers with similar complaints about the terrible customer service, but oddly enough, I did not see these complaints when I was researching the company prior to my purchase... which tells me they are not being posted. It's all very shady!
