THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

I ordered a duvet cover on accident, (meant to order a comforter), so I sent it back but reordered the comforter first so my sister could have it as her birthday gift. However, when I sent it back via UPS, they completely lost my package. I informed customer service and they have been an absolute NIGHTMARE about it, and it's going on two months of dealing with them now! None of them can get their stories straight about my return, it's almost like they are purposefully trying to not refund me my money. I finally got UPS to start an investigation on the package a month ago, and hadn't heard anything about it. I called yesterday, and UPS informed me they closed the investigation awhile ago and had informed the company of the lost package. When I reached out to see where my refund was, a customer service rep told me UPS had informed her of the closed case, but that I would not be receiving my refund because I didn't answer any of UPS' messages... WHAT MESSAGES? UPS never called or emailed me. I had to reopen the investigation with UPS because byourbed made it clear that they weren't paying me my refund until UPS paid them for the lost package. I also had told the company that it was absolutely ridiculous/poor customer service how they didn't email me to inform me of the closed case/not refunding me my money, as we had been going back and forth for two months. Finally I get a different customer service representative who informs me that they would have reached out about the closed case if UPS had been in contact with them about the case in general... LIARS! They are all liars and do not want to give you your money back at all costs. So an hour before that, one rep is telling me they were in contact and closed my case and I get no refund, and the other is telling me they didn't reach out to me because they haven't heard from UPS at all. WHICH IS IT? Finally today they tell me that I'm getting my refund of $79.18 back, BUT I paid $84.18 for the product & shipping was free... THEY ARE A SCAM! They keep pushing you and lying to you so they don't have to pay you, and so they can steal all your money, and eventually hope you'll give up. This company sucks, their customer service is horrible, they are liars/cheats, and they are a scam! Would give zero stars if I could. Whatever you do, do not order from them.
