BYJU'S Future School

It has been nearly a year since I've been trying to reach out to the management, and there has been no reply from them. The teacher continued the lessons for a long period, even after admitting that they were not receiving anything from Byju's management.

They simply disappeared and never refunded any amount. This is really disappointing, especially in Dubai; all the full payment is lost now, and we cannot get anything back.

We paid in advance for classes, but every time we try to book, the teacher either doesn't show up or there are issues with the Byju's website. This has been happening consistently for the past three weeks.

We've sent multiple emails to Byju's support but haven't received any response. Previously, there was an atleast chat support option, but that seems to have been removed.

This has been a terrible experience. We want a refund, but it seems impossible to get any help. At this point, it feels like a scam designed to take payments and disappear.

Since this company was taken over and rebranded from White Hat Junior it has been focused only on taking customer money and ignoring their complaints. My son was learning coding for two years and we spent thousands of pounds with them. They always said "refund guaranteed" and that at any point we can cancel and get our money back as they always ask for a lot of credit in advance. I have been chasing them since December 2023 and they keep brushing me off. I know this happened to another client exactly the same way. My order number is w0623GB*******

Australia beware. I had payed for 12 months maths online teaching for my daughter. They make changes to classes without your prior notice. They say they will credit your missed class, and did not. They are so dishonest. Avoid at all cost

They will promise vouchers when you sign up, but never deliver. They have consistently made excuses and not given me my voucher for last 10 months. Same automated reply when you email their support. They don't care. They take money and never give out the service as intended.

We are promised to get a gift card for enrollment but my kids sessions are almost over and never received the gift card. Sent emails multiple times but received the same response as getting delayed. Its been dragging for more than 7 months. I lost hope. Cheaters...

I paid $2800 for 144 coding classes in 2022. It is so hard to understand due to the accent of the teacher. I requested a refund for the remaining 21 classes. The support confirmed that I will receive my refund in 20 days. After 4 months, no refund. They delected my profile and no longer reply my email. I contacted them from FB and wrote reviews. NO success!

Paid *******.00 for tuition. Not received any service. Asked for refund. Still begging for the last 3 months. They have no value for others money. Customer care service is not helpful at all. Pls pls. They only want your money. Not providing the services. There are lots of firms providing education to kids. Pls anyone help me to get the money back.

They sell you class packages with the promise of an Amazon gift card, but they don't keep their word! We've been waiting for months now, no sign of the card despite numerous follow up with them. They had the gall to say that we will get the gift card if we sign up for a bunch of more classes! Fraudsters! Stay away.

We are two years with ByJu's Math and one year with ByJu's art. Amazing programs, professional teachers. We are very happy. Prices are below $15 per hour one on one classes. Very budget friendly. They have very strong reward system for students - points and badges. Before signing up you could negotiate sign up bonus, like discount for package and Amazon gift card. Our Math teacher at BYJU'S is Ritu Agarwal. She is very patient with our teenager and very helpful. Highly recommend.

On our initial call with your course advisor we opted for only 2 classes as we will scheduled to travel for 2 months. Unfortunately, the advisor booked us for the entire course of 8 classes and tricked us into doing the payment on tabby which we had no clue about and never agreed on. This is unacceptable for any customer.

My son did not book classes for few weeks as he was preparing for his school exams. Surprisingly they automatically booked the classes without even notifying us and marked it as expired. When we tried to reach pit for help, it was veey difficult to find support on call. When we weote mail they declined saying nothing can be done. You will face this challenge if you have any issues with them, you will not find anyone to discuss your problem and seek solution. They will be very active while selling on calls and WhatsApp. But once sold and fees paid they disappear. Pls be careful

Waste of money and time, I have paid for one year for Math class, there is no consistency of teachers, every month we had new teacher, half of the classes were gone to adjust to the new teacher, I wasn't happy with the service and requested for cancellation, it's been 8 months I haven't received my money back, I don't have hope that they will refund my money(~1000 dollars). Please don't fall in to their trap.

I enrolled my two kids with BYJU'S, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. It seemed that their primary focus was constantly on monetary transactions. Despite repeated attempts to communicate via email, there was a lack of response once payment was made. Even when I requested to pause the classes, they continued deducting credits from my account. Additionally, their account manager committed us to 120 classes & 80 without proper consultation. And never started my kids' classes and deducted the credits for Music Classes and
Moreover, the conduct of the account manager, Shalini, was particularly disappointing. She displayed rudeness and seemed solely focused on securing payments without addressing our concerns. Consequently, I incurred significant financial losses with BYJU'S, and I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone. Furthermore, the quality of the classes was subpar.

2) They are so unprofessional that they haven't sent any update on the progress so far. This is pretty bizarre.

4) Their marketing team is very aggressive and harass parents; they keep on calling, and sending so many texts and emails to renew classes. This all in a matter for few hours. If you are tied up with something and don't respond, they keep on calling, sending Watsup messages.
5) The Indian Government has barred its founder Byju Raveendran from travelling outside the country.
6) Stay AWAY from them.

When they ask me to sign up the class, i will earn $200 amaon gift card, the class is almost finish, i still not get me amaon gift card yet, they just keep ask me to send in the request for it. Don't trust what they promise to you, they just want you to sign up for the class first,take your money, ask you to ask more people to join them, and them not try to help you at all.

I never write reviews but I wish I had read before I engage with them.
I am writing so I might avoid my case for other people's.
They take your money and literally very quick to call you might think good service but in fact they harass you to take money bit as soon as you ask for refund no one answers and you keep getting the same automated answer someone will contact you within 24 to 48 h which never happens and keep deducting credits.

Bad experience with teaching and scheduling courses, my daughter lost interest and became a hassle so decide to cancel as they tell you refund anytime with no questions.
Lies. They don't stop calling you and ask yu to give a gin a chance and when you insist for a refund,that's it no one is there and totally ignore your refund request.
Avoid

Byju Future School, is one of the fraudster company who will get you registered with all the fake promises of providing high-quality education to kids. But god forbid, if you have to get a refund of even 1 class, they will make sure you run from pillar to post and still will not respond. I enrolled my son for 144 clas package and completed good 110 classes. But when we want to cancel amnd refund the remaining classes, it's been 6 months we are chasing them. They had pronised no-question asked refund if we ever want to take it for unutilized classes. I warn parents to only go for to them while you want your Kids to learn easy, simple problems where answers will be provided to them so they don't have to use their brain. Save you money and invest in some other credible educational option for your kids.
