I had a terrible experience booking a flight with this company. They "seemed" $100 cheaper initially, but that was only because NO baggage fees were included and I ended up flying onto one London airport and out of another. I had to take three different trains to commute between the two different London airports and the train fees along cost more than the flight saving! The commute was 3 hours and I almost missed my next flight. Also their customer service is TERRIBLE! Don't believe any good reviews about this company!

Today I booked international ticket. (April 21,2023) -Booking ID-7LQT31YH--I got email from this company that my booking is confirmed.
I did not get ticket number after half a day. I called Canadian 647 number. They said prices are now higher and we cannot honor your booking. Why the prices were there in the Google then?
Horrible customer service!

I recently book a flight with But My Trip, and sadly, i was very disappointed with the services.I was informed that my flight was overbooked, and I was asked to pay an additional fee to secure a seat on the flight. This unexpected demand caught me completely off guard, as I had already paid the full fare and thought my seat was guaranteed. Having no other choice but to pay the extra amount, I felt like I was being held hostage by the airline's last-minute decision, which was both inconvenient and unfair.

Tried to book a flight through Skyscanner and directed me to this company. They had the cheapest flight shown. Figured I would try, and had a lot of errors with the checkout. Called customers service and had a east Indian man basically screaming at me on the phone telling me to clear my cache and that's the problem. Very rude, and I am not exaggerating, literally even if the flight was able to be booked I wouldn't have because of the customer service. Cleared cache - still nothing able to book. He redirected me to their site where the flight was $80 more. Total scam, avoid avoid avoid!

Booked on flight hub with no problems. Go anywhere else other then these guys.

We did not receive the tickets because, even after sending us a confirmation email that our flight was booked, they sent us another email the day after telling us that the price had changed and was higher. The email was a no reply email that asked us to reply to it. That email was labeled as spam because it did not come from the same email domain as the company. We did not see it until 1 week before the trip. We called the airline company directly and told us that we did not have tickets. We ended up booking directly with the airline company at double the price. A $#*!ty company all around.

I booked. They sent email confirmation of purchase. Then i waited for my eticket. 1 hour went by. I called them. They told me I had to pay $101 more. They cancelled my credit card authorization and sent me an email asking me to etransfer them directly the new amount and then they would send me my eticket. Flight was for 2.5 hours from the time I booked. It was an emergency. I hung up. Booked direct with the airline and paid only 10 dollars different than originally expected. The ticket was immediate. Be careful who you trust.

Totally scam, don't waste your time and money with buymytrip they are totally fraudulent.
Even your credit card also not safe and private on this website.

Scam. Do not use or trust this company. They pulled the old switcharoo game. You purchase a ticket and then the next day they say that ticket is now much more expensive. For me they wanted an extra $185. After I told them I would be giving a review based on my experience, they messaged saying that the ticket was no longer available. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I plan a trip using the online site buymytrip.com.
I proceeded to payment and I received an email confirming that my plane ticket will be issued shortly.

Strangely, 1 hour later, I received a message from this company telling me that my ticket will cost me $200 more for the same flight because there is no more seat on the plane!
I refused to pay the supplement.

Following my refusal, they "suddenly" found another seat on the same plane for only an additional $100
I again refused to pay and completely canceled my reservation.

I went to another online booking site and found the exact same flight...with seats available!

I think buymytrip.com have unfair business practices and artificially overcharge their customers.

I advise everyone not to use this site to buy a ticket, they are not credible. I bought a ticket online with Buymytrip, arrived at boarding I learned that the ticket was not confirmed. I had to pay for the ticket again. They are simply thieves.

My ticket was cancelled a day after booking and without notifying me at all. The email directly states that the ticket was cancelled based on my request.

These guys are totally scammer. When u book then they offer low price but after then they call and say tht this fare is not available and have to book higher prices. Totally $#*!

I have never experienced such an inefficiency and fraudulence booking a flight ticket online in my entire life.

1. They did not send me an e-ticket because the airline changed the price lol
2. I made sure the carry on baggage is included in the increased price THREE TIMES and of course, when I check this ticket on the airline website the carry on is not included.
3. When I called them as regards the carry on, there is nothing they can do on their end because it was INCLUDED when they booked it but the airline changed it after. What a nonsense!

I booked my trip to LA through them, I got an email saying I was confirmed. I tried to double-check and could not find any more information. I called their customer service and they guaranteed me I would recieve an email in the morning. Come the next day I got an email saying the flight was not able to be booked. I called them and they said they found another flight but unfortunately, it was $100 more. I still said fine go with it, but then they couldn't send me a confirmation but told me to send an email saying I would give them permission to verify using my credit card. I finally declined and found another flight for less than the original price. The lady on the phone pleaded with me to give them another chance, and that she had all these deals to give me.

We had booked through this 'service' 2 months ago for a flight leaving in 2.5 days. When I realized that the "confirmation" they sent at time of booking did not include the e-ticket, I called the toll free # on the email. "James" (who seems to be the only person who answers this line) informed us that the credit card used was decline by the airline (BTW it was a connecting, 2 different airline flight) and that they had called to inform us. Strange, no VM was ever left. No cancelation notice ever sent. Oh, but wait! He can rebook us today at a deal. The 'deal' worked out to be $900 more than what we originally booked. When I asked to speak with a Manager he put me on hold then asked to call back. I waited 45 min then called again, don't be surprised, "James" answered. Only to inform me that they were still working on it. He then said if we E-Transfer the funds they can book it for us. Like WTF? An e-transfer? He then offered to send me a link for PayPal. Are you kidding me? I'm not clicking on any link from you guys! I told him that the place he is working for is sketchy as eff and that I would be reporting to the BBB. This was so stressful! We are flying from Canada to Peru for a cruise in a matter of days. We could have been up S*#t creek. No endorsement from from FlightHub, but I called them and a lovely "Ian" got us booked up in 10 minutes and stayed on the line with me until I received out E-Tickets. DO NOT BOOK with BuyMyTrip!

Great customer service and made my travel hassle free. Thanks to the entire buy my trip team. I am very happy.

Technical problem at processing the reservation, VERY rude customer service. I googled it while i spoke to him- terrible reviews all around.
Canceled the reservation ASAP and checked my credit card to see they didnt charge me.
STAY AWAY!

SCAMMERS - Tried to book tickets for 4, roughly $50 cheaper per person then direct.
Received my confirmation number and 2 hours later, a phone call from BUYMYTRIP stating that the fare was sold out and the new fare was $650 more a person.
Booked direct - no issues received my tickets immediately.
