Ordered high grade Ilford Photo paper Classic Pearl on 4/14/14 - they sent me Ilford Photo paper Classic Gloss instead. I cant use this. So I got an RMA number with intentions to send back - they said they pay for the shipping and reimburse me the money for the wrong send. I reodered, as the young man I was talking assured me they had Classic Pearl in stock. So a few day later another box came - AGAIN, it was the wrong Paper. I know what you are thing - "Fool me once fool me twice" - So yes I am guilty of trusting these people for a second send. WHATEVER YOU DO - do not use these people > Their customer service is non-existent.

On 11/30/18 I purchased 2 Pioneer Andrew Jones Designed Floor speakers SP-FS52 from BUYDIG on eBay ($210). Five days later, only 1 speaker was delivered by FedEx & figured the other speaker would arrive the next day - no such luck.
FedEx tracking # showed only 1 package matching the weight & dimensions on the manufacturer's factory sealed box. I contacted the seller through eBay & their response was to check with my neighbors & file a dispute with eBay, which I did. The seller's next response was both speakers were shipped in the same box - yet another lie, as each speaker is 25 lbs. & the factory sealed box is barely bigger than 1 speaker!
Since eBay's dispute dept. is incapable of reading all the details AND proof I provided, they closed the case in favor of the seller stating "tracking provided shows proof of delivery ". So I then opened a dispute with PayPal.
2 months have passed & now I'm expected to pay 100% of the shipping cost to return the 1 speaker I received before my full purchase price is refunded. I just had to file a separate complaint with the Better Business Bureau to recover the $40+ for return shipping charge I've incurred.
FYI - All of the seller's messages through eBay were automated, generic responses & they have not responded to any requests made by PayPal.
Despite checking this seller's feedback on eBay (which appeared to be good) before my purchase, I still got burned.
I STRONGLY advise you do business elsewhere with a reputable merchant.

On the 26th of May 2016, I purchased a NEW 50 inch Samsung Smart TV. Because I am in the Midwood area of Brooklyn, NY and they are located in Edison, NJ, shipping to my door is one day once FedEx picks it up. Well I received it on June 2nd, 2016. OK the holiday... I get it. Boxed well and arrived without a dent on the box. I set it up, plugged it in and found a terrible flaw in the screen, almost like a halo effect. I phoned C. S. and was offered 150.00 refund off of the price. Wait, if I wanted to buy a damaged TV I'd shop eBay. I told them I wanted a replacement as per the website return policy. They refused to replace it. They told me to send it back. They provided a RMA # and told me to call FedEx for a pickup and then to order a new one. Well well well, I bet you can see where this is going.
I ordered a new one and then 5 minutes later called customer service and told them to send FedEx to my house for a P/U and to drop off my new TV at the same time. They agreed to this. Four day later no tracking number on the new order and no FedEx P/U. Yes I used PayPal. I got on the phone with the always nice PayPal and they contacted BuyDig. They cancelled and reversed the charges for both Samsungs.

On March 15 I placed an order on ebay for a turntable. The next day I received a voice mail stating that you needed a physical street address for delivery. I couldn't make out the phone number due to bad service so I went on ebay and sent a message with the correct address. (I'm not sure why the order was allowed to be placed with a POBox if it has to have a physical address to ship.) The day after that I got an email stating the order had been cancelled due to incorrect delivery address. I looked up and found the phone number for customer service and called. I spoke with a very rude man named Greg who stated basically that ebay doesn't update and they never got my message with the corrected address and it was too late to place the order but my money would be returned within the hour and I could reorder. It didn't happen that way at all. I waited 4 days (with a few phone calls to buydig who kept telling me it will go in today) and my money was finally returned. So I went ahead and placed the order again on ebay on Sunday the 19th. Well, so far, 4 days later, that order is just sitting without being shipped! The problem I'm having is that this was supposed to be a birthday present for my son whose birthday is TOMORROW! I have called at least 6 times as well as sent many many emails to get some satisfaction with this but no one seems to care or is taking me seriously. ALL the responses I've received have been so rude and just giving me a runaround. I'm so very disappointed at this point and not sure what to do. Obviously this will not be here by tomorrow even though yesterday when I called I was assured that it was going out yesterday and would be here by Friday. I've never had such frustration with a company in my entire life. It feels unfair and I feel I'm being singled out for some reason and definitely being lied to. At the very least it's not showing very good ethics and responsibility on their part. I just want my son to have a gift on his birthday. Lesson learned buydig... never, never again.

Answer: Hello, all I can tell you is about my experience with them. They advertised an excellent price on an item and after waiting three weeks for delivery, they cancelled my order and I never received the product. There are multiple reviews like this for this company. I did receive my money back though. For me personally, I will never do business with this company again.
