I was able to use this backdrop for my social media and it was perfect.
Yes it comes with creases, creases were not a issue for me at all, I used my steamer and about 10 mins all the lines were gone, I recommend this a million times over.

I placed an order over 20 days ago. They claim delivery in 7 - 11 days with free shipping to US. I tried calling their phone...it doesn't work.I tried leaving a message on their website...got a syntex error. I have emailed them more than 4 times with no response. They claim answers within 24 hours. What moon do they live on. I understand they don't care about reviews...The onlything left to do is call credit card company and seek a refund. Place an order with this company at your own peril. I will not order from them again unless something magical happens like getting my order and a major appology...for delays and non-responses.

Order didn't show up and they won't response to email or the "contact us" link on their site. Asked for my money back. Should of read other reviews before buying from this site. Terrible customer service.

We ordered four 8' x 8' backdrops from this company (to get the 20% discount on >$100 orders). That was a big mistake. Should have ordered only one and saved a lot of money on this junk.

Their backdrops are spliced every four feet with some sort of thermal glue. They are also shipped from China folded flat, so they have to arrive with creases at the fold lines.

So, when you apply a warm iron or garment steamer as recommended by them to remove the creases - the glue lets go and the backdrop falls apart. Worthless!

An email request to customer support has so fr been ignored for two weeks so I am presuming they have the same sterling customer service we have all come to expect from these offshore suppliers - i, e, no support at all and buyer beware.

Took my money on 4/21. The backdrops may be cheap cost wise but the shipping isn't. Still waiting on my package to arrive as of 6/01/20. Never even received a shipping tracking number. Oh and the promised shipping time? My order didn't even "ship" until 3 weeks later. I only ordered two backdrops, not a big order. Don't bother doing business with them, pay more for something that you will actually receive.

Update: they sent me a tracking number after sending them a few emails. The item was never picked up by the USPS... it's been close to two months.

I absolutely believe our Club activity will be sensational by using this background.

Customer service were very rude, unhelpful and didn't offer any resolution. TERRIBLE experience. I contacted them a number of times and even offered to return the goods but they refused to refund me for the postage which would have cost as much as the product. I would never deal with these people ever again.

Spent $30 to order a large vinyl white backdrop. Whoops! Did not realize that this ships from China. Got a message after about a week stating that it was shipped. It took 3 weeks to be delivered. And look at the photo of what I received. They folded it up to napkin size. There is no way that these creases are coming out. Plus, there is a large overlapped seam right in the middle of the backdrop. I threw it away immediately. This is useless to me. Buyer Beware! Don't purchase from these guys.

Beautiful background, no difference from the website description. It is professional package, you don't need to worry about damaged. The package arrive in promised time, and sent rolled without wrinkles! Timely and effective email ensure my correct order. With my purchase experience this time, I have no reason not to recommend this seller.

I bought some polyester material backdrop 10*10 ft. I need stand to take photo. The seller sent my order with two packages separately, the stand arrived me later 5 days than backdrops. The quality is okay, however the delivery time extra my expectation. I contacted customer service, I was told that because of many orders so that transport with delay. Whatever, I think i need choose fast express next time.
