The customer service experience is good, communication with Bella by emails, which is great! We received backdrops which are right size and quality extra my expectations. Although I have many requirements about our order, there is no difficulty for them so far. The vendor is so professional! It would be great if the delivery time will more faster, and overall it is good!

It says on their site that they offer custom sizes and to contact customer service for prices which I did. They informed that the size I needed was the same price as their standard sizes, but needed to be ordered horizontally instead of vertically. I more than specified this in my order. I received my order fairly promptly, but of course it's vertical instead of horizontal. I have contacted customer service 5 times, and responded to my original email notifying me that my order has processed. It appears that the only way to get a response is to post their lack of response on here.

I'm an event planner and often need to buy very large backdrops. But it's all stitched, with several small backdrops glued together until i found this site. All the size are seamless. It's perfect. I hope to recommend it to friends who are as troubled as I am.
But I want to advise the seller that it would be better if shipping were faster.

It's difficult to describe how perfect of the backdrops by words! It arrived five days before I needed it. This exceeded my expectations. The color is good, no differences with the picture. I purchased black backdrop, 8 * 10ft polyester material which is not see through, very soft and not easy to tear. You can fold it in any way without creases! The Flower Wall Wood Floor Backdrop I received was very beautiful. It was used at the wedding party. Many friends took photos standing in front of the background. That felt great!
Thanks to customer service Bella for taking care of my message about deleting the brown wood floor. The quality is very good! And the company's price is great, it is worth recommending to anyone!

Purchased 3 backdrops on August 30. They arrived on time, but the product did not work for me. I needed it for my photography to post it online. After 5 weeks and several attempts, I am unable to remove the creases in the vinyl. I tried ironing at a delicate setting; then used a wet cloth and a hot iron then I soaked it and rolled it tightly onto a PVC Plumbing round pipe. The creases are still there. So the product is not usable for me. Disappointed as I have useless products and had to purchase other non-creased products.

When I ordered and started tracking my order said it was shipped! I ordered on sept 29 and no movement after the 4th of October! When I requested why there hasn't been any movement a week later I was told there may be delays! I wait again! And I am way passed my arrival date! I wrote again to ask about a refund and never even got a reply to that email! Obviously a total scam! And now can't even find the email with the tracking number period!

I ordered 2 backdrop and used shipping which indicated max 12 days delivery. After 2 month still I have not got my items and anytime try to have a chat with their operators they no sense message.
Never use this website for any purchase.

Exactly like many others the order was placed and for 6 days NOTHING happened with the order. I contacted them through their website and the very next day received a supposedly tracking number for the shipper. The shipping site does not recognize the number and is suspiciously buggy. Make sure you have virus software running. The company seems to be in Europe but the item is being shipped from China. Their live chat option is never available when I need it. I do not expect to get my item anytime soon based on plenty other reviews.

This company have just tried to BRIBE me by offering me £40 to REMOVE my feedback below!?! The morals of this business are completely unethical!

"AVOID! 3 of the 4 collapsible backdrops I bought were badly damaged. Packaging all burst and metal edges had ripped through cloth. I took evidence photos still in packaging and emailed them to buy-backdrop asking them to replace or give substantial refund. They did NEITHER. (Even although their lying website states they offer full refund for damaged goods). I spent over £240 on them and they offered me £8 compensation. (Yes EIGHT pounds!) After multiple emails they upped that to offer of £30 which I declined. So they then offered 10% off next order - as if I would order again?! Never dealt with such awful customer service. Do not trust!"

Website does not say the backdrop is multiple pieces glued together, and very poor quality. I would be embarrassed to use this with a client.
Website does not say the items are shipped from China, which cost $30 to ship back if you want to return.
Website does say that they accept refunds within 2 weeks, but it takes even longer to receive.
Apparently PayPal buyer protection does not include this.
Seller offered to give $15 partial refund and let me keep the item, or full refund if I return, but again it costs $30 to ship back!
Horrible! Stay away!

This photo backdrop is a complete waste of money. Upon arrival, it was folded instead of rolled which caused an abundance of wrinkles and creases that made it completely unusable. No amount of ironing or steaming could get rid of the wrinkles. The product was marketed as a high-quality, professional backdrop, but the reality was far from that. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone and I'm very disappointed with my purchase. Save your money and invest in a better quality backdrop that will actually serve its purpose.

They promise to get orders out within 2 days and then with delivery time of 10-12 days... so you would figure 14 days maximum until delivery. They lied to me about shipping date after I inquired saying item had shipped when it didn't ship until 9 days after the order was placed and now it has been another 10 days from that. So don't order from them unless you can wait 4 weeks to get it, even though they say 10 days. I fully expect the quality of these items to be as terrible as the company that sells them.

I had a shoot planned with the backdrop I ordered.

Ordered December 1st, paid for fast shipping, never got feedback.

I tried to contact the company many times regarding the issue, no feedback.

My shoot is now on Friday, and i'll probably will need to buy another backdrop.

What a Nightmare!
