It is missing color over half of it. It is a 10' x 10' backdrop. It does not look like it was advertised. I even paid for expedited shipping and I'm having to fight them through PayPal to get it back.

They will not send me a shipping label to return even though it arrived over a month after I ordered it. It is terrible quality and doesn't match the other 2 I ordered several months ago at all in color or design. Picture on left is new one and pic on right is what I wanted it to look like. They say I have to pay for shipping, which is over $75 to China. Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

We also bought a stand and clamps. The stand was sent in a carton, the stand including black bags. Unfortunately, one clamp was broken and cannot be used. The stand is durable!
I received my custom vinyl background, which is actually 8 meters in height and 2.4 meters in width as I requested, with no difference in size, the original image is with a floor part, and I requested that it be removed, the brick wall is very real, the color is very beautiful! This backdrop fabric is perfect if you want to use it to take simple pictures. I use them for various events so I needed something durable, and this fabric is just that. It washes very well, and I like that I dont have to dry clean it. It folds up into a neat package and is ready for the next use. I ordered the white one and it is awesome quality. Exactly as it looks in the picture, but better.

I ordered a backdrop on April 14,2020. On May 4, nothing had happened, so I emailed to ask - they said they would ship it soon. No information about why they hadn't bothered to ship it yet. According to the company's shipping information, it should have arrived no later than May 6.
Fast forward to June 1. The tracking number they provided still shows nothing at all - no information about where the shipment is, when it will arrive, or anything else. I have written several times to the company to ask that they refund my money, but they refuse. I now have no option other than to do a formal complaint resolution through PayPal. Here's hoping that works.

This seller is amazing! I compared the polyester material backdrop I bought in an Amazon store with buy-backdrop. The quality is no difference obviously.

Ordered 2 seasonal backdrops for fall and winter on Oct. 1,2020. I have not received the items as of today, Nov. 13. I have emailed them 3 times regarding this with no response what-so-ever. So, Jason Z., Covid may be an excuse for slow shipping since it's shipped from China, but there is no excuse for poor customer service. Never again! So if you want to respond to my complaint/review, do it with some information about my order. Or, just be so kind as to reship the 2 items. And I have been provided the tracking number information; I've looked on multiple package tracking sites and there is no information on tracking since Oct. 9th. No it has not been delivered, so don't go there.
Ordered a backdrop from them on February 18th, I even paid for Fast Express Shipping. I never received my order. I asked to cancel my order and give me a complete refund. They responded with no problem. That was two weeks ago. Still no refund. Terrible company. I will never use them again.

This company has to have to worst customer service anywhere. I can't believe they are still in business. I can't vouch for the quality of the product if you ever get it but actually getting the product and or competent customer service is likely the luck of the draw.
