I ordered some polyester backdrops from this vendor. However I read the bad reviews about seller after that. I felt cheated, I can't imagine how bad the product I will receive. Fortunately, the quality is perfect when received. I think I get more than I paid for! buy-backdrop.com is trusted vendor.

It's really one piece and seamless backdrop, great! The colors are vibrant, the background and clamps are good quality! I was unhappy because I bought 5 clamps, only received 3. Because polyester backdrop is heavy, the three clips cannot hang it well. I had to ask my friends for help. After that I contacted bella check my order. The seller checked my order and promised to send the two missing clamps quickly. I rejected this because I missed the time to use it. I required refund money. Seller agreed and quickly refund the money. Overall, the shopping is satisfactory!

I ordered a very large (20ft by 9ft) back drop for my model train and slot car layout, took a long time (weeks) for order to be processed but I was in no particular hurry.
According to the tracking the order eventually arrived in U.S. at JFK, then there was no movement for a long time (again weeks).
Contacted the company and they stated the carrier had lost the package, I asked for a refund but "Sofia" talked me into having the order reshipped, foolishly I agreed.
Long story short I still don't have the backdrop and now I get no reply to my inquiries on either E-mail to Sofia, their "contact us" function or direct E-mail to the company.
To summarize, paid for product, never received it, being ignored by the company= Ripped off.
Do NOT buy from this company!

I received my first package in 9 days, it came timely. I ordered nine vinyl backdrops, 2 polyester and the stand.
The first package included nine backdrops and a stand, good quality, clear, and no color difference. This item BDNSW******* looks like an oil painting. Green backdrops are bright like the photo shows.
At the stand, I could adjust the height and width.
I don't get the polyester items, the package is in Los Angeles International Airport when I tracked information. I will receive it soon! Lol

I am a photography assistant and works for a film company. I found this vendor and attractive price when I browsed the Web looking for some interesting background.

Four days ago, I received my package included a green 10ft*20ft photographic background and some customized backgrounds.

I purchased Polyester material, which looks perfect! Exactly what I wanted! I think it's going to work out just great. Thanks again to Bella for their professionalism and their excellent production team! I will buy it again whenever I need one!

I love this polyester backdrop, the beautiful Japanese Castle backdrop. I purchased 8*10ft, it is the perfect size for my wall. It is artwork as wallpaper, color is bright and clear, good material, soft and fade free.
However, the delivery time took more than half a month, it would be perfect if the package came more quickly.

I ordered this backdrop relatively early when our "leadership" first began ignoring COVID-19, but China and other countries were already deep into this thing and sure enough, as I figured, the backdrop got stuck in a shipping port. And there it sat, and sat, and sat.

I thought "I could complain about the delay, but in this challenging time it seems somewhere between ridiculous and asinine to do so." Instead I reached out a couple different times to "check" on my order. The response was immediate, professional and courteous. I never once had the thought "geez, did I get taken or what?"

The order arrived a couple of weeks ago and I've been remiss not writing my review. It arrived in great shape, looks great, and I'd order again.

I ordered a polyester material backdrop last Tuesday, it is thick, i used it to take photos for garage kid. The delivery is fast, professional package. I recommend order polyester material if you need.

Good quality vinyl backdrop, the color is more vivid than photo shows on website, and it is clear! I received several vinyl backdrops and missing 3 polyester backdrops. The seller told me there is another parcel, which is on shipping way. I believe the quality of polyester is also great!

I ordered two backdrops, one with shipping within 3-5 days. It is for a specific job so needed it to arrive asap and i could get it all ready.
It's now been 10 days and have only just had confirmation of shipping.
I have been asking for the order to be cancelled, and for a full refund as the backdrops have not been fulfilled in the time that I paid extra for.
They have offered a refund but I've not seen a confirmation, of this or the amount confirmed either.

Dissapointed, as it looked good on the website.

Thank you very much, I received this Seaside Beach backdrop on time. I required the seller to print vertical images for me. The coconut trees are less on both sides, the overall beach and coconut trees are not distorted, the sunlight is natural, there is no stretch. The color is very beautiful, the image is clear, and the customer service is professional!

Was charged for purchase and never received any shipping information or product! Emailed SEVERAL times and no response, called number listed and not a working number!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - I should have known when my bank cautioned purchase, I should have listened to them... I tried to upload proof of purchase image and it keeps rejecting it.
