Like everyone else, I purchased form this "company" and they took my money and sent me a fake tracking number. It's been 5 months and I haven't received my order. I demanded a refund and they just send me a 1 line email, it's in transit here is the tracking number. It still shows as in CHINA! It's fake. DO not order from these scammers. Place your credit card charge backs now! Get your money back from these lying criminals! Spread the word!

Terrible company! Never even received my 10% off as a first time customer, well it looks like I'll be a last time customer. Do not recommend this company.

We have been tring to get a refund since September, as the cloth was advertised as rusty metal back drop, and when arrived it was nothing like the picture. Bella refuses to talk to us Following up from my wife's e mail, the item sent is clearly not the item advertised and is very misleading
Please issue a full refund via my pay pal account. The item has been sent back to you and you still have not to given us a refund
I enclose the advert photo to what we actulally got and theres a foot print mark, showing someone stood on it while still wet. Its nothing like what we paid for.

Took the money for express shipping that supposedly takes 3-4 day and would not answer my email and provide with the tracking number or estimated date of delivery. After 10 days of wait we put in a claim against then with paypal because that is how we do our online transactions. They responded almost immediately after the claim was placed saying the backdrops will be there "soon". I again requested tracking number which was not provided. The next day the company emailed us the backdrops on their way and provided us with tracking number. Come to find out the backdrops were shipped the next day after the claim with paypal and in total 11 days after the order was placed. We received the backdrops total 15 days later but were charged $37 for 3-4 day shipping.

We bought 3 backdrops and the stands to hang them across 2 orders. Using for stage backdrop. The stands are junk, you can do better for the price. On Nov 28 I ordered a Christmas backdrop which still has not arrived and today is Dec 31.
I will say the quality of the backdrop material is good.

DO NOT Waste your time or money! I placed my order 80 days ago and it has still not arrived the tracked status has been the same since the 4th June and nothing have changed! The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! They just ignore you and refuse to process a refund just saying you need to wait more time for delivery! The delivery was supposed to be 15-20 days so I am now 4 x that and still waiting for something I fear will never arrive! Your better getting a backdrop off amazon!

For starters, never received confirmation of order. Company didn't respond to numerous emails over many weeks for help and clarification. Only after I told them I was going to get a 100% refund from PayPal did they send the order. Now if I return the item I get only 50% refund. (Of course I needed the backdrop for a project with a deadline and didn't think I would EVER receive this, so bought it elsewhere.) Guess they figured "Send her this piece of junk and keep 50% of her money when she returns it or get 0% when PayPal refunds her." Clever business model.

Do NOT order from them! We placed an order in October 2020 and as of June 2021 we have only received one of the backdrops we ordered. They keep saying the rest of the order is on its way. We have contacted them multiple times to cancel the remaining order, but are only getting auto-generated messages. We have tried to ask for a refund on the items that we never received, but they won't refund our money. Our next stop is to contact our credit card company to see if we can still dispute the charges.

I hate when companies aren't upfront about the manufacturing of products. The generic replies "your product has been shipped" smh I'm uploading tracking information from buy-backdrop and Patpat.com an amazing clothing manufacturer. Look at the difference in service and noth company's are located in the same town. There is no excuse for buy-backdrop to take this long, unless they're ordering from Alibaba.

The backdrops I ordered in late January 2020 took until late March to arrive, but only half the order arrived, the other half arrived by special delivery a week later after I contacted them. So they CAN get stuff on time if pushed. However, I had to ask them a few times where my order was. The backdrops are fine, quite strong although lightweight. VERY creased though, as if they were at the bottom of a pile of them. I've used an iron on just cooler than silk setting with quite a lot of pressure to almost get the creases out of one. Apparently the sun works better than other methods but there isn't any here yet (Highlands, Loch Ness!) In fairness, the backdrops are well made and look just like the website description, and the 3ft x 5ft size is great for photographing small items like cakes and hats, and wooden boxes and bowls, what we wanted them for. But it would be a BIG improvement to send them rolled not folded. And without such a long wait.

Went to site and found what I needed.
They offered quick, fast delivery, 3-5 days in US for an additional $25. I bought item for a secret engagement. 2 weeks and still no product.
Contacted company for delivery refund, got run around, said due to Covid, blah blah. I've ordered overnight during Covid from other sites without problem.
DO NOT give them your business

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Never got an email regarding shipment. Checked spam too. Sent 3 messages and finally tonight I get an email from *? Here is the response;

I was in the market for a new backdrop for a Halloween shoot. Came across this company and was browsing their selection when I came across what looked like a VERY familiar image. Stunned, and not yet believing what I was seeing…I went back to my Flickr account where I had previously posted my images. Sure enough, there it was…an EXACT duplicate of my image I shot at Crescent City, California. Exact camera angle, EXACT cloud formations, EXACT wave and water placement. No request to use my image, no compensation, no copyright release…just a blatant theft of my art. This company makes it's money by ripping off the public. Buy-Backdrop.com. I ordered 8 backdrops 04/29 Spent over $350 on this order. Shipping label was made but does not mean it has been shipped according to USPS. As for 17TRACK the website for tracking in China only shows departure and arrival dates and times but no location or movement. Not even sure if that website is legit. Nothing about this company or the tracking company sounds legit. The chat line on this backdrop website is not even real no one is ever online. I have left an email and only got a short message that my order was shipped and in transit. And that's it. Which means still in China but no where close to the UNited states. I had thought the website states 9-12 days for standard shipping. I don't belive thet to be true. I will not order from here again for my company.
