I wish I had the opportunity to provide a minus star review. Burton advertises a lifetime warranty but claims everything is wear and tear so they don't have to cover anything. We shipped a very minimally used coat to them to cover under warranty since the cheap liner disintegrated while the rest of the coat was in perfect condition. The net cover in the interior of the coat was also in perfect condition while the plastic inner lining literally fell apart after about 24 wears. The coat looked better used. However after spending $20 to ship to them, they won't cover under warranty and after researching their products, it seems this is a huge problem nationwide with other Burton coats disintegrating without cause. They sell cheap products but carry a very heavy price tag. I will never wear another Burton product because their cheaply made clothes are not worth the price. They should have been sold in the local Big Lots.

Worst experience ever! They are a fake shop. My order ************** - 42.79GBP. Shop created a parcel and meanwhile (after couple of days) dismiss it. Quite interesting schema, you're ordering some stuff, shop creates a fake parcel, dismiss it and get shipping fee. Shop sent my money back but not the whole amount. There's no way to create refund in the account! Stay away from this b... s!

Manager of Crewe store moved on Dementia Charity tables celebrating World Alzheimers Day.He claimed we were undermining his store window.We had permission from the council but Ebenizer insisted on moving us.We then had to move to an area where a gale force wind was blowing. All our leaflets were scattered in the wind.
I would ask all the residents of Crewe to boycott Burtons. We were there for the people of Crewe but Scrooge could not give a damn about a million people in this country with this serious illness.
Shame on you manager man and shame on Burtons for employing such a heartless man

I always buy my clothes from Burtons. Great fit & great prices. Recently I purchased a suit from there, currently they have a great deal on suits, £79 and machine washable. I always hate having to take my suits down to the dry cleaners, this is so much easier to have a suit that you can just machine wash.
