They shipped fast! The Ranch Hand Bumper came on a pallet on a truck and they called the day before to arrange delivery. All in all a good experience!
Matt and Jeff are wonderful. I received my Ranch Hand Brush Guard in a couple of days verses several weeks delivery time quoted by other vendors and it was at less cost!

On the website on the item it say free shipping and in the shipping tab it again says free shipping. But after u buy it they call u and say u owe $50 for business address or $100 for residential address

Second purchase from your company. First one had all kinds of issues, but your staff was always courteous and very helpful at correcting the issue. Absolutely no issues this time! Order was delivered the next day!
The ship time is what truly blew my away, as I literally had the bumper in my driveway less then 24 hours after placing the order. And the pricing couldn't be beat anywhere at all. Such a profressional and customer service driven company, that I will forever recommend.
Not sure on the service as I have only ordered and not received the product yet. Usually for our shop shipping is an issue so if it gets here in 3 days I will be a big fan and use again for other customers requests.

I do not like to need to confirm the shipping date as i never got the message and they delayed the order by a day. Would prefer you send a date it will be delivered, leave us a message and we will be there. Too much back and forth and as a business we need to get things on time to get projects back to customers. Once I called the shipping company as it did not come on the day committed they were very good at getting it to me the next day.
Also on a product front the coating on one of the Iron Cross Shackles had the coating pulled off when we opened the heat shrieked package
