Quick, painless and very pleased with how many bumper options I had to choose from. It would help if instructions were sent with the bumper. I don't know if I received all of the parts.
Great selection online for comparison shopping, could not come close to beating the delivered price locally. Shipping and delivery was fast, delivery driver could not have been nicer or more efficient. No suggestions to improve the experience.

Hi I talked to an employee about my order and was informed that the seats I ordered would fold down == then when I got them they don't fold down! So was miss informed about the product and the photos showed that they had controls to fold down! I liked the price as they were on sale and wanted 4 seats for a car I am working on == so I guess I will have to take them apart and cut and weld brackets to make them do what I wanted them to do!
The delivery was interesting == received 3 seats then the 4th seat came 3 days later = so not a problem just interesting! All came in good condition too!
Unless you can tell me if you have parts to make them fold down then I can wait before I install them == if not then as I said make my own brackets!

Great Customer Service. I ordered one Front Bumper Guard. I was promptly called and told that the Ranch Hand I ordered was no longer carried. That order was cancelled. I called back and verified that a different brand was in stock. I ordered the new item. The item was in stock and shipped out promptly.
The product arrived damage, I called customer service about it and I think it took to long to solve the issue.
Was good to find a selection that fit my older model truck.
Price was reduced as soon as I received the bumper, I am waiting to see if they will price match themselves. If they will, I will buy the matching rear bumper. If not, I will take my business elsewhere.
