Although I am currently out of state, I had my son and father in law check things over and my son has sent me pictures. Other than a small issue with the shipping (not arriving on the stated date) due to the local shipper I am very satisfied with my order and have even ordered the matching rear bumper from your site.
Easy site to navigate. Unbelievable how fast I received my bumper. I ordered it at 10p.m. And received it in 36 hours. Well packaged and no missing hardware. Great experience.

Good price and easy shopping and the item arrived speedily. However the outer box was torn almost in half. The contents were not damaged. The instructions were not good. Rather incomplete and not enough pictures. Also the paperwork included did not list a GMC 2500 HD as being one the part fit. I figured out it would fit, and with my tow hooks, but the brackets allowed the unit to sag... badly. This request me to drill holes and make adjustments. The brackets could have been designed better. I do like how the look and function

Inadequate shipping info. I had to call in older to get the shipping data. The bumper pckage was shipped via freight, I ended up doing a dockside pick up due to their limited delivery options. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase.
Need more options
I was confused they said it was going to be 3 weeks then I received the bumper in a week everything was good except the skid plate was silver not black like I requested.
