Overall very happy with my purchase from Bumper superstore. Grill guard arrived in less than 48 hours right to my door. I ordered the ranchhand for my 2017 ram 3500. It had a few small scuffs from shipping but no real damage. Fit was perfect. Installed myself in about an hour and a half.
Very friendly when they contacted me and also accommodating when I had the address changed to the shop where I am having them installed!

Quick & easy
The bumper was damaged in shipping and delivery was refused. I gave you generally good marks because at least so far the effort to accept responsibility and get a new bumper out have been handled properly. We are currently waiting for the second bumper to arrive.
When I contacted BSS.com customer representative they were not well informed the accessories included with the bumper. I had to contact the manufacturer to get my answer. I received an email that the bumper was on back order 2-4 weeks. I contacted DV8 bumpers and was told the bumper was in stock and ready to ship. I again contacted BSS.com and let them know my findings. I got my bumper a few days later. No install manual included im the box and/or available from the DV8.
Ordered on a Thursday morning, received my bumper the following Monday morning, very fast and simple!
Great! From the company employees to the delivery driver, everyone was helpful courteous and set clear expectations that they met or exceeded. The same day I ordered a bull guard from another company and the experience has been a train wreck. I will go back to the BumperStore.com site for anything I need in the future. Customer service is huge to me and they knocked it out of the park.

It was good but the website just seems slightly outdated. Also the instructions need some serious improvement. It's not too bad to figure out but still could use an update.

Found what I wanted at the best possible price. The bumper was packaged extremely well and even FedEx wasn't able to damage the package enough to scratch the ends or any part of the bumper.
Old winch has never worked since day one. New winch the box it came in was all busted up and looks like it's been through 3 tornados and a hurricane before it got to me. I'm just hoping it will work after looking at the box.
They were very helpful when I had an issue that was my fault and were quick to help me get it fixed. Shipping was very quick and I had my Ranch Hand bumper within a week.
