Good to work with!

I enjoy how stout the bumper is and how easy the install was. However, I did not like two things about this bumper, (1) for being fabricated specifically for the gen 2 tacomas, this bumper was not nearly the form fit I was hoping. (2) The pinion and bearing is not strong enough to hold the tire rack level under its own weight and sags even further with my tire on it.

I had a question about a product before purchasing, which they fully answered. I only had to call once. I received my order in just a few days, and wasn't charged a freight, as all other sites had. My Go Rhino *******b nerf bars were easy to install, are very sturdy, and look better than I imagined. I would definitely recommend them, and certainly Bumper Superstore.

Ordered the Ranch Hand grille guard for my F250. Awesome grille guard at best price around with free shipping. No other company could beat that. I contacted the company via email to ask a few questions and they got back to me the same day!

Shopping was easy. Communications on shipment and delivery lacked on this purchase. Not a big deal. But had no follow up contact.

What a bad $#*! bumper! I had the auto body shop replace my OEM bumper with this one, and I could not be happier! Plus the kids love climbing on it like a jungle gym. Well made and rock solid.

Really great they called me and I didn't have to go all the way to the post office.

Service was great. I changed my ship to address without any disruption in the shipping.

I bought this winch 5 months ago, tested after install with no problems. Went to use it for the first time last week and it just clicks.
Solenoids are both not working.
Tried e-mailing the company to ask about getting it fixed/replaced.
I have yet to receive a response.

Just finished installing my new bumper today. It took a bit, but nothing that wasn't expected in installing an aftermarket item on a vehicle.

Your shipping company and tracking is lacking to say the least. The Iron Cross bumper is exactly as advertised, heavy duty, looks good and made in the USA.
