Trying to get a refund for product not received after waiting a month and a half just shocking service don't buy from them

The worst service and delivery I have ever experienced by any company.
My first order took 3 weeks to arrive, it was prepared in a day or two but took over a week before it was even picked up by the courier.
I regularly buy from another supplier in the USA and have never had an order take over a week.
For my second order I paid nearly $100 for express delivery: some items arrived after a week, some nearly two weeks and I am still waiting for the rest (over 3 weeks) this last delivery was not even shipped express. Their response is that the express service I paid for is not actually an express delivery, it is just "named" express.
They simply do not answer questions and basically say "bad luck".
I placed this order and had unknowingly doubled up on some items as the order page is not clear on how many items are in your basket. I sent them an email within a minute of placing this order and they simply said they could not change the order - again, bad luck.
I could not review my whole order after it was placed as the "your orders" page only shows a few items and not everything you order.
The response over email is slow and they are not interested in helping at all.

I was a first time buyer from the EU and the 2 bags arrived wrapped in a thin plastic foil punctured on arrival. They reimbursed but now they don't let me place new orders as if it was my fault or some fraudulent act on my part.

I couldn't get my order, I wasn't warned before paying for it that it would need a broker to get it into my country and when I asked for support, nobody helped me, it's a shame you betray your customers like that!

Bad company. Worst customer service ever! They only want money! Avoid it with all cost. I was charged for products that I never received cause there were stuck in the Mexico immigration ( I live in Mexico). I told them that the immigration will not release these products to me (powder supplements are not allowed in the country), when I informed Bulks they said if I ask to return the products they will charge me the shipment, so I said ok and now they are saying that they can not refund me and that if I ship back the products from Mexico to the US it will cost me triple of the $ amount that I paid for my products. $153x3 = $459 US to ship a small package to you? Are you kidding me? A real ripped off! The customer is of no importance to this company.

I made several purchases from Bulk Supplements then they started hammering my phone and email with sales ads. I had to call them to complain because they do not provide their customers options for email and text preferences

BulkSupplements is my go-to store when I need supps on bulk quantity like BCAA powder. I received my 25 kilo bag of BCAA in original packaging from the manufacturer. The powder arrived in excellent condition, well protected and sealed and very fresh. Thanks to this company, I save hundreds of dollars yearly. Will buy from them again.

Very low quality packaging... if you can't reseal the bags. Garbage why not find a better partner... maybe not in i guess. CHINA?>**I Will not return
