Build-A-Bear Workshop

Went to StonyPpoint location in Richmond Va to fill our Snoooy for o our grandson our 4th purchase in the last 6 months. Triwd tobuae our 10 coupoun and NOPE denied not wodking and the Manager would not help apent about150 bucks and not a dime more for the crappy service. Your coupon manager ahoukd have made it happen in valid date not our problwmbyou have one.

I have had the worst experience with Build-A-Bear so far this last week. I've been trying to get in contact with them about a voice recording that I had done for my aunt whose husband who is passing away I was doing it as a memory and Mother's Day gift for her her daughter and her granddaughter we recorded one message and when I went to go check on it and told me to record the message again which I had clearly accepted the message that I had them done I also try reaching out to the 1-800 number of calling and they are currently closed. I also sent an email about 3 days ago and still haven't gotten a response back if it wasn't for her grandson I wouldn't be able to get what I needed to get done but I'm really truly dissatisfied with Build-A-Bear this is my first and my last time ever making a Build-A-Bear with you guys I understand there's the covid-19 that's going on but it should be someone at least answering the telephone when someone's calling this is a popular season right now but I'm pretty sure they get a lot of customer service since it's Mother's Day. Also they should be having someone to respond to the emails right away to but still haven't gotten a response like I said I am very dissatisfied with this this is my first and my last time I will never do Build-A-Bear again even when they open back up in the mall

My son, husband, and I went to Build-A-Bear today to get a bear for my toddler to cuddle with while he is sick and for when we leave on vacation next week. After hearing about the horrible long lines for pay your age day yesterday, I figured today would be much better, but it still took ridiculously long and the line wasnt even long. We got there around 10:15am and there was maybe 15 people ahead of us, so we thought that shouldnt take too long. We picked out a bear and some clothes while we waited, but the line took over an hour because a group ahead of us got 15 bears, then one of the people who fluffs the bears left for 20 minutes even though there was a long line behind us so there was only one fluffer and one person at checkout. That is not okay! If Build-A-Bear knew it was probably going to be busy again today because of all the people who were turned away yesterday, then they should have had more people working! There should be at least two people fluffing bears at all times! And there should have been two or three people at the checkout because it took us 45-60 minutes just to check out and again there were only 10-15 people ahead of us. The lady at the register was going so slow! How long does it take to pay for a bear?! My son was screaming in line because he was tired and the lady at the checkout blamed me for coming in today, even though I wasnt expecting that long of a wait and it should not have been that long of a wait. It ended up being a two hour wait for us even though we were near the front of the line! More people should have been working! My husband and I have fond memories of Build-A-Bear, so it is sad that my toddlers first experience building a bear was a terrible one. Shame on Build-A-Bear for not calling in more workers when they knew it would be busy. I am sad to say that this was my sons first and last Build-A-Bear.
