I placed an order on March 31,2020 and received it yesterday July 14,2020. I had sent several emails inquiring about my purchase, after all they deducted the money from my account immediately. I got an email response from someone who didn't know English very well and told me they were in China and back logged because of the virus but appreciated my patience. Please see the attached pictures of what I purchased and what I received! Not only is it crap, the fabric has a flaw in it. Someone in China is laughing all the way to the bank! Lesson learned, will always look up company reviews going forward when ordering online.

Scam! 4 months to ship!

Ordered something in april, totally forgot about it until I received a mail "shipped" on JULY! Plus they don't answer to mails! Total scam!

Photos are stock, most of the order will not be delivered and not refunded. Product is not as advertised and is a primitive cut-out synthetic material with no likeness to the advertised photo. They will prolong your order inquiry beyond the PayPal refund date and you will loose your money.

Placed an orders in beginning of May 2020. Payment was immediately cleared thru my Bank account. My order status was in "paid" status on their website for about 3 weeks before changing to "shipping" status. I've emailed the company 3 times with no response. Wish I had read all the negative reviews before spending $200. Looks like every reviewer never received their order or were sent cheap knockoff items. Unfortunately this site is a scam!

I ordered almost 2 months ago a pair of shoes. I never received them, there is no number to reach customer service. I have emailed this business on several occasions requesting a refund.no one not no one responded or reached out to me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I normally patiently wait for my items and I know due to Covid19 I expected some delays, however this company has not made any replies or attempt to refund me

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Buffrea in January 2020. I still had not received them as of March so I contacted the company and opened a case through PayPal. After I opened the case I received shipping information that was also sent to PayPal. I received one pair of cheap looking shoes in May. PayPal closed the case saying that it showed I had received my order via tracking information. The shoes I received didn't even look like what I order and are made of very cheap materials. I am out $120. Don't order anything from this company. They are a scam. I had no idea the items were coming from China either. Don't waste your money.

This is probably the worst experience I have had with retail online since the beginning of the internet. I ordered some winter clothes in mid January. My first item came one day before adjudication by PayPal on my complaint, and because I signed for it at my front door, I lost (in May). The second item came this week, June. It is a cheap plastic replica of the jacket on their website. It's junk. I'm still waiting for a few more items five months after I ordered. This company is horrible, designed to fool us with their gorgeous website. Don't even think about it.

I ordered shoes from Buffarea in April, 2020. I never received them. I went through Paypal and put in a dispute. When I asked Buffarea why I could not track the package they said they were going on vacation! Paypal has sided with this scam company and never let me know they did or why they did. I went into the Paypal community and this company goes under other names too. All the complainants state that Paypal went with the seller... shame on Paypal. I thought it was best to go through them but now see that is not the case. They do not stand behind their subscribers.

During this pandemic. Out of Country websites like Buffarea & others are ripping off customers. I ordered a full length purple leather coat on April 1st 2020. I waited 3 weeks to receive a shipping confirmation & tracking number, but never did. I tried emailing the seller a few times but no reply. I always checkout using PayPal. So I filed a claim to get my money back. The seller didn't reply to PayPal question as why I never received my package. PayPal awarded me my money back on May 20th 2020.
Do not buy anything from this company. If u do u better checkout using PayPal. That way they will step in if u get something u didn't order, poor quality, or nothing at all.
The BBB should not allow these websites to operate. They should be fined for bait and switch or scamming customers. These companies are ripping ppl off everyday and getting away with it.

They either don't ship to you at all or they send some laughable knock off. For example, they advertise leather jackets for $30 but send some cheap plastic imitation. When you ask for a refund they insist on partial refunds only. If you cancel an order before an item ships out they say they have to charge a 15% cancellation fee. I'm in limbo with them and opened a paypal case (I can't believe paypal supports them)
