Great prices! Shipping to USA takes a bit longer (as one should expect :) but you save when you plan ahead. Canceling auto order is my only suggestion for improvement. Customers do not want to call, email or chat online to cancel upcoming auto ship orders. The online chat was easy enough so it won't keep me from auto order again when I need it. Thank you for affordable pet care products!

When I ordered from this company I was never aware my product was coming from Singapore, I found out later from the tracking, well it's now been 32 days and I still have not received my order and I'm starting to think it's a scammer site, they refuse to answer any of my emails and now it shows the tracking has stopped altogether, they guarantee delivery but actually never really follow up on that guarantee.stay far away from this company for your own good

I call BudgetPetCare a scam. Order # *******. Order Date 06-23-2103 Total $297.87.

Two vials of a six-pack of flea control for kittens & small cats contained NO medication. I still have the remaining four vials from the same pack for inspection.

Two calls to *******410 remain unanswered. Beware no customer service from BudgetPetCare. I again, call the company a scam.

Tip for consumers:
Beware of ordering from BPC b/c there is no customer service.

I bought a six month supply of what was supposed to be Frontline from BudgetPetCare and it had no effect whatsoever. I used it for three months and by the end of that three months my poor cat and the entire house were infested with fleas.

BudgetPetCare was good on the price and I received delivery in a reasonable amount of time, but the Frontline they sent me wasn't really Frontline and didn't work at all.

What's really a concern about these crooks selling fake meds is that Frontline-type flea products are absorbed into the pet's bloodstream and they remain in their systems for a couple of weeks. These meds have the potential to seriously injure or kill pets. There are many reported cases of canine flea control products killing cats. As a cat owner I've seen warnings in multiple places about how bad it can be to put dog flea control drops on cats.

The point is, if BudgetPetCare is selling counterfeit meds, you never what you are going to get from them. I was lucky, I just got something that didn't work. Imagine how you'd feel if your loved one got sick or died just because you wanted to save a few bucks.

Do yourself a favor and avoid BudgetPetCare.

I to ordered front line plus and was told the combo was the same product and that is was all made in the UK reguardless of label. I have seen no bad skin reactions but after two monthly applications each on our four dogs they have several times more fleas than I've ever seen. The last treatment was two weeks ago and I ran a flea comb thru them last night and between them I removed more sixteen very alive fleas. The old saying if sounds to good to be true, never again, I was in the parking lot this morning waiting for my vet to open, dave in florida

After I ordered Frontline Plus for cats I did a bit more research and I have no doubt that what came in the mail is counterfeit and would hurt or kill my pet. A closer look at all the positive feedback and its pretty obvious that's its all padded. All the positive feedbacks are never product specific and they are all just praises of the site. THINK ABOUT IT! Do not buy from this company! It is a fake and a fraud! You hear about counterfeit product... well this is what people are talking about.

Ordered Frontline Plus and received what looked like Frontline Plus so I was quite happy. 3 months later and my 2 dogs have fleas, the house has fleas, I'm itching like a hobo living under a bridge in a cardboard box and to top it off my vet checked the package and said it was fake and probably water or baby oil. The prices are extremely cheap for a reason! Avoid this site, they sell fake stuff packaged to look like the real thing.

I was just getting ready to make a Frontline purchase when I started wondering if it was legit because the price is sooo cheap. I googled it and thank goodness I did and for the people who shared their reviews. My dog is like my child, so I will not take the chance of buying something that may hurt her or not take care of the flea problem. Thanks again, you all most likely saved me money by warning me not to use this site.

Do not order from this BOGUS company they are in the UK all foreign customer service which do not help what so ever! Takes 2 to 3 weeks for shipping... with NO tracking #... would give No stars if it allowed

I bought from this site because of price, and run by vets. I did not expect deceptive marketing. Website doesn't show it is located in UK, and takes up to 3 weeks to receive merchandise. STAY AWAY... how honest can they be, they certainly aren't up front with their web page.

I ordered Frontline on May 10,2015 from Budget Pet Care. They claim to have shipped it on May 12,2015. It is now May 25,2015 and I still have not received it! Their method of shipment does not provide a tracking number so I can not track it. Even if they shipped this product from the furthest corner of the world I should have received it within 7-10 days. Unless, of course, they sent it on the back of a turtle. I certainly will never do business with this company again. The ticks are horrible in Maine this year, I am picking 10-15 ticks off of my two dogs every day.
I have purchased Frontline from Fatman's Doghouse in the past and always received the shipment within 5 days. I strongly recommend them. I wish I ordered from them this time.

I wish I had seen these postings before ordering Frontline for my dog. What arrived was NOT what was pictured. It was Frontline from South Africa. I called Merial (the manufacturer of Frontline) and was told the product from South Africa is NOT approved for use in the U.S. I will have no further dealings with Budget Pet Care and post here to warn others of their practices.

They have a better price than most, but I still haven't received my product after the 14 day promised shipping time. They are slow to respond, do not let you know when they have sent your product, and when you have a problem send you to a third party called BuySafe. BuySafe is way too labor intensive for me. Why cant they just take care of it themselves? Hopefully I will receive the Capstar I purchased from them, if not I will just contact my CC company and get refunded that way. I will not buy from them again.

I ordered 6 months worth of Frontline Plus for Dogs from this site. The order took an eternity to arrive I guess because it shipped from the UK, not the US. The product I received is a counterfeit product with a South African registry and is not approved fro sale in the US. I have no intention of using it on my dog and have contacted them via email for a refund although I doubt very strongly that I will get one. So I would like to say "buyer beware" - I would recommend paying a bit more and getting the real thing form another online retailer.

FRAUDULENT SITE! They don't tell you they're in Great Britain. They have a PO Box in Missouri, but NO location. The products they display on their site are NOT the ones you will receive. Their Advantage flea is one that has been in the news as possibly lethal to small animals. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PET, DON'T BUY FROM THEM! The reviews that are good are quite possibly of their own invention. BEWARE!

I ordered Frontline Plus and instead got a note saying there was a "supply shortage" and they were sending me the European equivalent and oh by the way if I did not like it they'd charge me 5.00 for shipping costs. I paid 59.99 for Frontline Plus; if they were going to send me something else, they should have contacted me to see if this was an accaptable alternative. And a supply shortage? Really" On what planet? Total scam; I am contacting every possible agency I am so angry at this ripoff.

I ordered some Frontline for my dog. It took for forever to get. Finally received it yesterday in the mean time my dog passed away so I was trying to return for a credit since I no longer needed it. Yesterday I talked to Shane who said would e-mail me the address to return item. It was never sent. Today I called again this time James told me I could send it back but shipping back was very costly. He said it would cost about $40 to 50.00 to send back to the United Kingdom. I thought I was ordering here in the U.S. Never again will I order from this company!

At first I thought I had found a good site for purchasing Frontline for my dog. The price seemed so I ordered some. What I got was a European formula that is not authorized for sale in the U.S. I also found a foreign exchange charge on my credit card statement that was never disclosed on the web site. Apparently this place is located outside the U.S. and deals in foreign good.

They even go so far as to include a flier that claims there is a shortage of Frontline so that's why they've shipped a foreign product. Of course there's an abundance of Frontline at every other source in the country. Oh, and if I should decide I don't want the foreign product they will deduct a $5.00 service charge from my return!

I called the manufacturer of Frontline and they completely disputed the claims made by Budget Pet Care as far as the availability of Frontline and they said that the foreign product was not approved for sale in the U.S.

Be aware!

Horrible! Ordered Advantix for my dog 45 days ago and still not arrived. Now my dog has fleas like crazy and the rep told me that they will not honour the 30 day money back promise because the product has "shipped" but is held up at customs. Terrible customer service... I feel like a got robbed.

If I knew my product coming from UK and takes FOREVER TO GET HERE I NEVER purchased from this company. My dogs are suffering with fleas and I just called company and I was told that estimate delivery date is May 27th! (I placed an order on May 5). They should stated this TAKE FOREVER FOR SHIPPING somewhere very visible on the website!

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered Frontline Plus but got the UK version Frontline combo. They also charged my debit card a extra $1.11 for international fee. I thought I was buying from a place in Missouri. This is false advertising!

Worst experience I ever got. The wait was over a month, the product wasn't what I ordered (Frontline Plus, but got Frontline Combo. Whatever it is. It comes from Great Brittan). Two out of six pipettes were empty. Called customer service. Got yelled at. Took pics and emailed back to them. Got a reply "it appears there are no damaged pipettes." STAY AWAY!

I ordered the Frontline Plus for my little guy and he was good for about 1.5 months (3-month order); then, I saw 2 fleas to my horror! This occurred after two weeks since applying the 2nd dose (month) of the product I purchased from these people! Oh, heavens! If my home becomes infested, I will SUE. I have been relying on this med for 2.5 months and find the 3rd month is going to likely be USELESS. If I am not infested with fleas, it will be a miracle! Just went to petcaresupplies.com and hope it is a better and more reliable site.

Slow to arrive due to international shipping (That was not made clear). Then misleading product / Not at all as they advertise. Advertise as Generic Heartguard but not the same active ingredients. One is the same but only 1/2 of the does of the real. None of the 2nd ingredient. Not happy and wanted to return. Now I have to pay for shipping overseas with tracking to get refund. Not in USA company so return shipping with tracking is over 1/2 the cost of the product, then with the shipping I paid to get it not worth even returning. I would not waste my time with them as VERY misleading.

I ordered Frontline Plus. I got Frontline Combo. Ordered 12-8-12. Order shipped 12-11-12. It went to the U. K. (I don't know why) I called many times but did not have the right number. (They gave me 1-800-etc. Found out it was 1-888-etc) Got order 12-20-12. Hell, I could have walked there and back by then. (I am 77 years old. Oh well, now I read these reviews --------

I ordered two 6-month supplies (in different sizes for my dogs) of Nexgard flea and tick medicine for my dogs. The picture of the box on their website is the legitimate box, from Nexgard, in English.

What they sent me were counterfeit boxes from South Africa in what I'm guessing is Afrikaans, (not English) and both boxes were 3-month supply boxes they opened, shoved 3 more pills in, and taped shut.

I called them and they tried to tell me they reuse boxes and that's why it was open, but a quick google search of vet meds from foreign countries turned up multiple images of real vs counterfeit medicine boxes. When I asked them why I have counterfeit boxes, they kept trying to tell me it just looks different because that's how they get meds cheaper. I demanded a refund (which posted today). I am not giving my dogs fake meds which could either not work, or kill my dogs.

Do NOT order from this company! I included a screenshot of the box shown on their website versus the boxes I received. The last of text on the front is a clear sign of counterfeit medication.
