The worst and very unhelpful. 1) I recently made a purchase earlier this month and said it was delivered on 2/10 though the address in the shipping was 1424 and I must have put in 1414 by mistake with my apartment number on it. I get that was my mistake but the apparent address it was at was told they gave it back to FedEx because of the wrong address and they say there is nothing they can do and I am out 75 dollars. I do get that was partially my fault but with the amount of money that I have spent online and in-store over the years is insane that they can not help me.
2) I order online often and several times I have received my package and the item still has the security tag on it. This has happened multiple times and is very inconvenient.
3) the fact that they have shipping fees even when you spend 75 dollars is just kind of ridiculous especially if you are a card member there should be a zero-dollar shipping fee many companies that I have either rewards programs with or credit cards through offer free shipping for members.
It definitely will make me think twice before making further purchases from this company and trying to just directly find these items from their company or another company that carries them.
Purchased several items online & returned a few, providing both order number and original email, & the rep (and her manager) kept trying to tell me that the items I was returning were not on my order despite the pics on my phone and the order details that matched all SKUs on the tags (still attached). They finally figured it out but it took forever & I have no idea why it was so hard considering all the documentation I had. Just had to each out to customer service again for an item that is over 1 week past delivery & likely lost in shipping based on tracking details. They are telling me to keep waiting since FedEx still shows as in-transit. Not sure how long I will need to wait to get a refund on that since technically isn't a lost item always in transit since it will never reach its destination? Interactions are just so much more time consuming & irritating if you have any issues, so I plan to stop shopping here.
So I bought a shirt on after one wash either was stained with the same label of the shirt when I called the company and let them know what they were happening they blame them on me, they say I didn't know how to wash it so that's why the labeling dye anyways after spending almost $500 with them for the first time at this store and last. Don't buy from them they are cheap and have bad customer service. No, wander they have a low rating
They charge you high price for their products & the quality it's sucks! I bought a bunch of items, but their belts are a completely joke. 3 weeks after I bought it, it broke. Cheap metal or whatever they use to make them.
I ordered a pair of sandals and received two right shoes and they were not even the same size. There was no shoe box, they were just tossed into the shipping box. I tried to contact customer service but was told they are very busy assisting other customers. Here's hoping I didn't just donate to them my $50.00.
The first time was amazing! Very nice employees, nicely put up (organized), and much more awesome things. Laran was my helper at the west town mall buckle. Love how they sell youth clothes! Now my favorite store in west town mall.
I had several pairs of Buckle jeans that lasted for years. When it was time to replace them, I went back to Buckle - thinking that I would be happy with the new ones. Not so.
Production moved from Mexico to China. The material is very elasticky and cheap feeling. Definitely not denim. Within 6 months two of the three pair that I bought were already showing damage. I let Buckle customer service know and they were unwilling to help me because, by the time I called, I had owned the jeans for 6 months and 4 days. They were unwilling to do anything because it had been over 6 months. These jeans pull away from rivets and run like cheap pantyhose. I will never buy this brand again.
My daughters have been shopping at buckle since high school! We went there to get some items and was followed and ask over and over if we needed help! My daughter purchased 2 items and we proceeded to leave the store and the alarm went off! They checked all our bags over and over it was so embarrassing! Come to find out the cashier pushed the alarm button as we were walking out the store on purpose! We will never shop there again and i advise minorities not to spend their money there either. On top of that we notice there was blue lives matter shirts all over the store when my daughter went back to get her money back! Wow that let us know they don't want us there anyway! I wish i would have known they were racist years ago when I use to school shop there for my kids
The store employee was extremely helpful.
He educated me on how to find the correct miss me jeans in my correct size. He explained to me how miss me jeans work.
His name is Jonathan at the reno nv store Meadowood mall location. I would highly recommend this store to my friends and family.
I only used this card upon purchase due to discount on the time of purchase. I paid the balance off in full when I received the bill. I was charged $1, interest fee which I was not aware off. In the end in order to keep and maintain my credit score they made me pay off the interest fee and I paid it unhappily. I strongly suggest not to apply or fall for their trap of scam fee. I do not know how many people they are scamming.
I ordered 10 buckles. Out of those 10 I only got 6 sent out to me and of those 6, only 3 were what I actually ordered. The rest were substituted with different buckles. They changed one order from 4 down to 3 saying they didn't have the fourth one. And they also changed the price accordingly. But, they didn't have those other 3 either and still billed me for those and told me to pick something else. At this point I asked for my money back and was told sure. I still don't have the money and they don't answer back to e mails anymore. Now I have a complaint filed with paypall. This person says that customer satisfaction is the number one most important thing to them but they lie. Beware of Tinca Enterprises.
DO NOT buy their Hurley/Nike Dri-fit exclusively for the Buckle. I bought a few of the polo-style shirts and even with a gently cycle wash and hang-to-dry (as recommended by the store), they still fray and eventually have small holes in the material. These are $60.00 shirts that can only be worn and washed 6 times at best. The Buckle then won't exchange them because by the time you wear them 5 or 6 times, they are "too old" even though it's clearly obvious it's their product ---look at the picture (attached) - - I won't ever go to the Buckle again, and recommend you don't either!
Spent over 300 dollars at the easton location and had a shirt ordered to be there within 3-5 days. It was in my city then shipped away 70 miles for whatever reason. Call customer support only to have to wait another week for my shirt. Very upset
I bought a pair of shoes and wore them 1 time for a few hours to see how they felt and found that the duct itself was horribly designed. The shoes stretched out to the point that they were slipping on and off my foot, I brought them back to the store and Eboni employee# ******* refused to return them. I then contacted customer service which was a waste of my time as well they didn't help at all. This has always been my go to store to shop well seeing and reading all other reviews I can assure you, you will no longer get my service. Clothes and shoes have to be able to be returned because just because you try it on does not in a circumstance mean that it will be comfortable or a great fit for anyone. Your companies return policy is an absolute
Joke and explains tremendously why you have a 2 star rating. I would not recommend buying anything from this store because if it doesn't work out well consider yourself screwed.
I hate that certain brands you can really only find here due to exclusive styles. However, this place is a nightmare. Going in you just about get harassed by the employees trying to sell you more stuff. It's not their fault, and I just let it ride. The company has such strict requirements for selling more and more stuff. Which is ridiculous in a retail environment like this. Finding the item in the store in my size has always been difficult. Of course they will have it sent to the store, but that defeats the point of me walking through the doors. Looking online- none of that is in stores. Sizing is way off from buying direct from brands. Oh, and they charge you shipping (no matter how much you spend), and charge you shipping back for a return/exchange. Then you get charged shipping again if you just need a different size. And it's all part of their marketing strategy. They want you to have the item shipped free to the store, so they can hound you to buy more stuff! Shipping to the store took longer than shipping to my house. This will be the last time I give them my money.
Buckle apparently does not have an exchange program, so be mindful if you order the wrong size. I paid $7 for shipping. They made me pay $7 to return the wrong size shorts. And I paid another $7 in shipping to get the correct size.
I called customer support to see if they could at least waive return shipping if I am getting a new item, and she said no. The company itself has a great selection and shipping was quick. I enjoy my shorts, but I am upset I paid $21 in shipping fees. I felt compelled to buy the shorts cause I can't get them elsewhere. I just feel a bit taken advantage of. Not having some type of fair exchange program is holding them back from more/return clientele. I could see asking the customer to pay another shipping charge; but asking for another $7 charge to return an order to get the correct item, feels like money gouging. Getting my complete refund back through Paypal payment plan has also been troublesome since Buckle claimed the refund was less than original amount (-$7 deduction for shipping). This has been an awful purchasing experience and I regret it.
They will rip you off and try to get you to sign up for a credit card. It is a scam! I paid it off and they charged me $70 in late fees and $1 per month just to have the card. I was not told this when their greedy sales people kept bugging me until I signed up. 0/5 recommend please never shop here
I came in the store looking for jeans, as I'm looking around I see several Employees walking around helping customers, not one approached me. After finding a pair of jeans, I wanted to try on, I stood at the counter for 2 to 3 minutes to see if I can get in a dressing room. She took me to a dressing room, and finally asked if I needed any help. I told her specifically what I was looking for. She said that she would go find a few things and bring them back to me. Again, I waited for several minutes for her to bring me some different styles. She never came so I got dressed and as I'm approaching the door, I see her with another customer, I feel like that your store is geared more towards young people and when they see older people they don't think that we should be wearing those type of clothes or maybe we don't have money, it's the older generation that has money and regardless of your age, your looks or what you think somebody has in their wallet, you should always give good customer service. I've been in that store and dropped $700 at one time, so yes, I am very disappointed and hurt.
My favorite thing about Buckle is that they give you the option to shop by looks/styles - I like the Girl About Town look. They carry everything from t-shirts and denim to swimwear and accessories. They offer a 10% military discount for those of you in the service.
Have literally been waiting 9 days and counting to get a shirt that fits and 1 shirt they totally ordered wrong ive called everyday been told its coming that day never does hopefully it comes because 130$ for 2 shirts isnt really a problem if they actually come
Answer: A good 7 days!
