I went in around Christmas to my local store and the help tried twice to short change me. The girl thought she was smart and kept talking to try and distract me, but she did not give me back my 70.00 in change and quickly closed the drawer as she kept talking. If Buckle hires people that steal, NO ONE should go there and if you do, make sure you get your change back and look your receipt over very good.!
Ordered a few pairs of jeans from Buckle online store. After a month of waiting for my order and receiving nothing I contacted Buckle corporate office to have them look into my order. An employee from Buckle corporate explained that he does not control shipping of the orders and advised that I take it up with my bank. (Keep in mind it has been over a month now.) The employee was very rude and simply hung up on me. Unbelievable experience especially coming from their "corporate office". I called back and the same employee answered the phone, so I politely asked to speak to a supervisor. The employee advised me he would have a supervisor call me back in the next couple of days. Still nobody has called me and the issue has not been resolved. I am out of my money and the jeans which I ordered. Smh, very disappointed. I will be filling a dispute
I am so dissatisfied with Buckle all the way around. They are the "upscale" Walmart as far as quality is concerned. Looking for gifts for my son and NOTHING is available for shipping. I DO NOT WANT TO GO IN YOUR STORE! Other selections I am making online are not available at all. TAKE THEM OFF YOUR WEBSITE! I am done with Buckle.
Went to the Mandeville La store to return a pair jeans. The return was processed incorrectly and I am still being charged for the jeans. It's been over a month. Incompetent and poorly trained employees. Customer service department is not being helpful. I am a buckle black card holder. I will not shop there anymore. I am cutting up card.
I liked the style of the jeans for myself but as another reviewer wrote, the butt split open not too long after purchase and I am not overweight. On another pair the thighs wore out and a third pair the seam where the back pocket was sewn split open. That is also not a weight bearing part of the jeans but either way I'm not overweight and I was not wearing them out. They are just tearing open. My son loves the store and he got a cool sweater hoodie from them for Christmas so a month ago ans the seams are splitting apart. Under both arms and on his back where the arms are sewn onto the torso. And he is thin, so he's not busting through these things either. I'm done with them. I'm not home right now or I would send some screenshots
So upset right now. I bought a pair of jeans before the pandemic shutdown and after wearing them a few times, the butt split out in them. Brand spanking new jeans split out in an area where they cannot be restitched. Anyway, I got ahold of Buckle through email and they told me that they will not replace my jeans and do not warranty them. So I pay over a hundred dollars for jeans to rip after a few times of wearing them? This is insane. I have been buying jeans for an outrageous price for years, but I will NEVER buy again from here if they do not back their product. Beyond upset.
My son is extremely picky with clothing and Buckle is definitely his go to store. I too love their clothes especially their FOX line.
I also feel the staff is super friendly and makes you feel like you belong in their store. My son is 17 and I'm a mid 50's mom. Alot of stores make people feel very unwelcomed. The other thing is, their return policy is wonderful and stress free. The Buckle store, to my son and i, is bar none.
I just wanted to say thank you for the way you handled the situation at the mall Saturday afternoon. My daughter and her friends were at the mall and ran into your store when the shooting happened. They are very helpful. They tell you the truth, If it looks good or bad they will tell you. The jeans and shoe are the best.
My favorite thing about Buckle is that they give you the option to shop by looks/styles - I like the Girl About Town look. They carry everything from t-shirts and denim to swimwear and accessories. They offer a 10% military discount for those of you in the service.
Received a pair of jeans as a gift. Went into return them. Only had the gift receipt. Clerk explained without the original receipt it would be store credit. Even though the original tender was cash.
I have bought several things from the and the shipping is fast and the quality of the items excellent. They r pricy if u r buying certain brands lime miss me or rock revival. The returns are easy for their online purchases. I will continue to shop there. Lisa lill
I went in to buy multiple outfits for my engagement photos. Instead of leaving with those outfits I left feeling terrible about myself due to the comments the ladies working made thinking I couldn't hear them. DO NOT go to the Bellingham store. I wear a size 26 and they were saying I'm fat and my friend I was with has no style. They get commission off your sales and those people do not deserve that. Ladies, know you are better than those people and they aren't worth your time.
I went to the Buckle store at Superstition Springs in Mesa. I walked in and i could not believe the manager started yelling at me because i told her i can look on my own and do not need her help. Never ever would i go back to that store. I think the Saleslady needs to take anger management classes. She should not be working with the public. Horrible experience.
Im a the type of person that is a faithful shopper and have shop there spending hundreds of dollars at a time at the Buckle store inside the mall since its inception.
I have had my buckle jeans at the buckle store located in the mall and the jeans have been sitting their waiting to have some alterations repairs for nearly 3 month. Everytime I've gone to the store and i ask about the repairs on my jeans. The store manager or one of the store associates response is "We don't have a seamstress here to make the necessary alterations needed. My concern is that after nearly 3 months and you haven't yet acquired a seamstress there's something seriously wrong.
This by far is the worst store ever to purchase from. Bought jeans had them altered by them, they screwed it up and expect me to keep jeans when they altered it wrongly. Never ever buy their products!
I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the last three pairs of jeans purchased from Buckle. After about ten wears, the material in the thighs has worn holes. For the price of these jeans, I expect more that a couple months wear. I will be buying Ariat jeans instead.
Had jeans for 1 week and the button fell off! Now I have 3 pair of buckle jeans that the button fell off! 300.00 worth the useless jeans! Buckle could care less!

Was greeted by Jarret who went over and beyond to help replace my items I ordered that did not fit. Items we're not available but replaced with Jarret's recommendations as he filled my dressing room with a variety of items. It's nice to be helped by someone who truly enjoys their job. He is truly an asset to Buckle!
