I bought a pair of shoes and wore them 1 time for a few hours to see how they felt and found that the duct itself was horribly designed. The shoes stretched out to the point that they were slipping on and off my foot, I brought them back to the store and Eboni employee# ******* refused to return them. I then contacted customer service which was a waste of my time as well they didn't help at all. This has always been my go to store to shop well seeing and reading all other reviews I can assure you, you will no longer get my service. Clothes and shoes have to be able to be returned because just because you try it on does not in a circumstance mean that it will be comfortable or a great fit for anyone. Joke and explains tremendously why you have a 2 star rating. I would not recommend buying anything from this store because if it doesn't work out well consider yourself screwed.
