I ordered my things on 1-27-2021 was told because of covid that shipping has been delayed, went into transactions for pay pal today 2-23-2021, they have no transactions for the last 180 days, my bank gave me credit back. Be careful scammers are getting better.

I never received my item and there is no contact information for them at all "DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE"

The phone # listed is bogus and the email address is bogus. I'm trying to work with PayPal as payments went through something called Paypal Pool. I got a receipt for one item, but the other payment was like I'm sending money to a friend and the item is still in my cart. The two names on the receipts totally different from what my bank got. Avoid them like the plague.

DO NOT order from this company! I tried to place an order through Boston Warehouse Trading Company for a set of Christmas lights. I was directed to this site when I wanted to checkout and was asked to join a PayPal money pool even though I had indicated I wanted to pay with MasterCard. Not being familiar with that method, I foolishly went ahead and paid and the money was taken out of my bank account, but never received the lights. Boston Warehouse has no record of my attempt to purchase anything, so Browsegoods re-directed me to their site and I have notified Boston Warehouse of the problem. This site is a total scam!

I have ordered 3 ceiling fans from this website about 2 months ago. The price for each one of them was relatively low/cheap when compared to some other websites selling the same product (which I guess is their way to lure you in and to better scam you). Payment went to 3 different/separate individuals via PayPal which was weird to me but it didn't ring a bell because I knew it was PayPal and I have been doing transactions on there for so long. Unfortunately, the ordered products have never been received and there's never been an update on order status but the one received when the order was initially placed telling you that "Thanks for your order! It will be shipped within 7-14 business days. A month went by, NOTHING. I contacted them via email on the invoice since there's no Customer Service number available but to no avail. Nobody ever replies to the email.
PLEASE DON'T EVER go, browse, or purchase anything from this site even though they would have offered it for a lesser price or even for FREE. It's a SCAM! I filed a claim and contacted PayPal Resolution Center so that I can finally get my hard-earned money back.
They don't even deserve a STAR, that's how bad it is! STAY AWAY from this Website, PLEASE!

This site is a scam! Thank God Venmo gave me my money back. Ordered some bed rails and it said they would be shipped in 7-14 days and I would get an email with the tracking number. 14 days came and went and nothing. I decided to go on the site to check my order and there is no where on the site for you to look up an order. There is no contact info located anywhere. Nothing. I replied back the email that sent me the "invoice" and got nothing back. The email associated with the Venmo account I paid is a foreign email

Made an order and PayPal was charged, but no email confirmation of order received. After 1 week, sent email to account shown on PayPal transaction, but never received a reply. One week later, contacted PayPal and they forwarded my complaint to vendor, but no reply was received. After ANOTHER week, opened dispute with PayPal, but vendor did not respond within another 10 day period, and I received a refund.

I usually am careful about using a new company -- I check out reviews to avoid scams. Somehow, I let this slip by me. My only advice is that if you choose to make an order, DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. Thankfully, I charged my order with PayPal, but it was quite a hassle to jump through hoops to get a refund.
