Made an order and PayPal was charged, but no email confirmation of order received. After 1 week, sent email to account shown on PayPal transaction, but never received a reply. One week later, contacted PayPal and they forwarded my complaint to vendor, but no reply was received. After ANOTHER week, opened dispute with PayPal, but vendor did not respond within another 10 day period, and I received a refund.
I usually am careful about using a new company -- I check out reviews to avoid scams. Somehow, I let this slip by me. My only advice is that if you choose to make an order, DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. Thankfully, I charged my order with PayPal, but it was quite a hassle to jump through hoops to get a refund.
