Our event was March 7th in Santa Cruz. Brown Paper Tickets received money from our patrons and have never paid us. This is not due to a dispute. There are many complaints filed about them taking money and not paying their obligations. You have been warned. Recommend you personally check this out. We have incurred all expenses and Brown Paper Tickets have received all the money from our patrons. The band and food service group has ben stiffed.

At this point, we do not have any impression from Brown Paper Tickets that they plan on paying us.

Stopped buying from other online ticket sites since I started using this app. They still charge you on top of the actual ticket price but their rates are lower.

Finally found a site where I can order tickets without being overcharged for shipping. Reasonable rates. Wide selection of events. It has a permanent place on my phone now.

We've had a great experience, we have used them for 3 events now and their website is easy use and the staff member I contacted was friendly and helpful!

BEWARE BEFORE YOU USE BROWN PAPER TICKETS!
Do yourself a favor. If you are a event producer do not use this company! They still owe our organization of $5,000 from the pandemic. Instead of paying us out that have been holding our money hostage along with many other theater groups!

Purchased a couple of tickets for a music festival in our town. Checkout process was quick and hassle-free. Will be checking their site again for other events.
