I chose directories brilliant because I think a it´s a very powerful tool to create a membership directory with a very modern design tool, the listings are very well organized and I'm sure I'll get my website get to have a very professional look. I also like the idea that the host is managed by you giving me an assurance that I will not have to be technically keeping. Their support from the beginning has been very friendly and allowed me to evaluate this tool something that other vendors have not allowed me to do. I signed up with Brilliant Directories yesterday and I was very pleased with the purchasing process. I scheduled an appointment to tour the demo with Kelvin who was phenomenal! He showed me a lot of great information and answered all of my questions. He was very pleasant to talk with and provided stellar customer service. I don't have much experience with websites but he assured me that the site was simple to use and so far it has been. The training videos are extremely helpful and I have the comfort of knowing that I have my included training credits if need further assistance with anything. I'm very please with the ease of use and the customization options. The included features offer everything that I was looking for. Overall I'm a very happy customer!
