Some people or businesses never get a 2nd chance to make an impression on someone. This is true with Brilliant. I had the pleasure of working with the founders years ago on a trial run. He was passionate and full of energy. However, it wasnt a fit at the time. Now is my time to work with this great company. The demo call down to the no fluff straight answers is refreshing. Dennis offered tremendous amount of info in a short time and I am beyond pleased with my choce!
One of the reasons why I purchased Brilliant Directories was that it is 'out of the box' and go. I am looking forward to not having to code but instead being able to go right to product pricing and selling.
I don't usually do reviews. But i just felt the need to do a review for Brilliant Directories. I was a skeptic about Brilliant Directories. But so far, this is one of the best deals I've seen. I wanted to switch RealtyDad.com and it took less than 5 minutes to switch everything over. The level of customer support is unmatched. If you're a skeptic like I used to be, once you see the level of support, how quick and effective the system is, you won't be. Jason was very professional, and answering all my questions.
Brilliant Directories is a wonderful company. I am looking to start my own local directory and the guy I talked to was very polite and knowledgeable about the product and answered all of my questions. I am very excited to get going on this all inclusive Directory Software provided by Brilliant Directories.

I have been searching for a directory/membership website for about 6 months now. Over the last few weeks I have been in contact with Brilliant Directories asking questions. They have been very responsive. I just purchased this website and I am in the onboarding phase and up til this point everything has been pretty smooth. However, the first time I sent a ticket I got a message that they were experiencing a high volume and it may take a while to get back to me. I think it only took them a couple hours though. There was a deal on to purchase the software but was only for a day or two. I asked if I could trial the software and if I liked it I asked if they could extend this sale offer to me. They didn't have to but extended the deal and I loved the software and purchased it at the reduced price. Five stars!
Over all the site is an easy setup.the site has tons of options. Way more than I thought it would. Over all its a great product and value at its price.

The Brilliant Directory software has a lot of features that you need to have a successful directory at a very reasonable price. From CSV upload of data to email notification to the new businesses about their page, these were just some of the features we were looking for. We were very impresses with the numbers of folks (6000) that were already using a Brilliant Directory, other companies had built hardly directories any yet wanted big bucks for their products.
I have been looking around the different membership websites to find one that will fit what I need and this one looked very well invested in. I call someone at 10pm my time and I got ahold of a real person! If I did not get ahold of a real person I'm not sure I would be writing this review. A personal touch means the world of difference to me and thats one of the main things that sold me.

I was looking for a solution years ago for a membership site and it was a pain
So I put it on the back burner
Now I thought i would see what available now and when I found Brilliant Directories It was great news a great solution with many extras I did not expect. Also Kelvin Vaughan was very helpful with all my questions. Being able to speak to him enabled helped me to confirm this system will help me launch a new business.

Any time I want to say that I want to say that the features that allowed me to choose brilliantines are the instrument board, the ability to offer multiple services to a single member, the possibility to offer several price levels, and marketing tools.
I hope that the assistance in particular configuration and daily monitoring will live up to my expectations
