As an agency we have looked at, researched a number of options for membership, directory related websites for clients and I have to say Brilliant Directories is the most comprehensive, stable platform on the market. Dennis Tinerino customer success manager was available to answer every question that we had (We had quite a bit). We are forever grateful for his support while reviewing the platform. We are excited to have this as an option.
Brilliant Directories appears to be very professional and offers good value for money but to be honest I haven't had the chance to use the software yet, although the response I've had from the customer services team has been very good so far.
Hopefully the software will prove to be simple to use for somebody like me who has never tried to design a website before.
Had to rerun payment a 2nd time after the 1st one processed went through at $0. Not my bank's problem and certainly was not a funds issue. Dennis gets high marks for staying on top of the issue and taking care of the problem quickly. Kept me in the loop. Looking forward to building out my site.

We are converting to an online Directory from a print version. I have checked out many options and even had an account with a competitor. Brilliant Directories has more features and a lot of online and human support. There are hundreds of videos to help with setup and online support. For advanced users, there are many features to customize your site and add functionality. Recommended.
Customer service has been amazing helping me weigh the pro's an cons of this software. I have another site I used wordpress and it took forever and I am still having to keep it up to date and error free. With Brilliant Directories I am able to spend more time where it counts and getting the site online has been a breeze so far. I am able to spend more time with my family and not worry about 20+ plugins and keeping them all up to date and error free which is a full time job in itself. For this one reason alone I bought the Full Lifetime License! Thank you Brilliant Directory!

I want to genuinely thank jason at Brilliant Directories. My wife and I have been trying to put together a community website for parents with a nationwide directory of toddler programs for children 1-4. We have tried multiple times with Wordpress themes and were even dupped by overseas developers and lost some money there. We had given up on the project entirely. Like what I see so far on the demo site, lots of functions, almost all functions I can think of for a directory site is all here. Will need to dig deeper into the actual functionalities and performance, but feature wise, it is unbeatable!

Dennis replied to all my emails within 24 hours and showed that he has full knowledge of the Brilliant Directories software and excellent customer services. I was considering some other options available for my start up directory business but the others either do not reply to my queries or lack of after sales supports compared to BD so I end up purchase a full licence plan from Brilliant Directories. Now I am testing the software and find out that it can do more than I expected. BD really cut a lot of time compared to a customised option that I intented to go with the software developer at the beginning. Now I can launching the business in no time. I am really happy with the purchase and has more time to concentrate on the business side rather than the software.
After doing a lot of research this website was offering exactly what I was looking for. The information is very detailed on the website. I emailed questions and received a response from a very helpful staff member who answered all of my questions.

I have been looking for a directory system that I could integrate with a community app I designed for quite some time. I came across BD and could not be happier. I am able to customize it to fit my app needs and integrate with my website too. The support response time has been great too as I had a multitude of questions right off the bat.
