Honestly, everything I've gotten from you has died. Avocado trees were infected with fusarium wilt, which killed them. My tangelo tree arrived with all the leaves chewed by bugs. The Clementine tree is the same, but your Customer Service insists I wait four weeks. I received a replacement for the Tangelo which is absolutely beautiful -- why didn't you ship a plant like that to begin with.

We assure you that we would never send out a "bad" plant and keep in mind that weather during transit and also the amount of time spent in transit can impact how a plant arrives. Please keep us updated on your clementine so we can replace it if it does not leaf back out!

I contacted customer service and was told the tree is a herb and as long as the root ball is good the tree is alive. That doesn't help my landscape now. The tree probably looked great prior to shipping but the box was all mangled when it was delivered and was upside down.
I have received several orders from BBs and all have been carefully packaged and the plants well taken care of. I had one order that the plants were damaged in shipping and BBs customer service was fantastic - I received replacement plants within a week. I will definitely be a repeat buyer!
