Or ding my plants was very easy. Unfortunately I am extremely disappointed with the fliers I received. The color of the blooms look more purple than the flowers on the website. I received the plants today and they are almost dead. They came with over half of the blooms off of the plant. Most of the leaves were yellow and need to be cut off. I paid a lot for these plants and I feel they will die. If I saw these at Lowes, I definitely would not have purchased them! I honestly think Lowes would throw them out! I have ordered plant from other online businesses and they guaranteed a healthy plant when it arrived. I feel I should be refunded for them. I definitely will NOT purchase anything from this company again!
It was very easy. I was just bummed that I had to take two fruit trees out of my order. Other than that it was an overall great experience.

The tree I received was very strong and healthy, already with leaves. The only problem I had were there were no instructions on the wrapped root ball but a quick call to the company resolved this.
Bought some Phlox and a Double bloom gardenia tree. The phlox was DOA and the gardenia tree died. I called and was told I shouldn't have planted it outside in central Alabama. Seems like, based on the shipping address, I would have been notified of that at the time of purchase. Even bought the one-year warranty. It's worthless. I found out after the fact that you have to take pictures!

All boxes arrived undamaged, and all plants were packed properly. All plants were healthy and are still doing well.
It was easy to order and use the website. My only issue is when we got the trees they were bone dry and wilted. The dogwood tree was thankfully free because I am not sure it's gonna survive. The weeping willow was very wilted, I am optimistic that it will survive, but was not in good shape when we got it.

This was my first time ordering plants online so I was a little hesitant. My plants arrived in excellent shape due to the way they were packaged. I have planted the hydrangea and the jasmine and they are doing well so far. I will certainly order from Brighter Blooms again. They are more expensive then other companies I looked at but worth the extra money. Delivery was prompt also.
