Plant arrived with badly wilted leaves. Spoke w/ a rep that said to give it time. Waited two weeks, the tree died completely. Was told I'd receive a refund, (waiting on that) only for the tree, not the fertilizer and starter etc that I paid for and used trying to get the thing to resurrect.
My second tree that died within a month from them. No more.
