A little disappointed

Unfortunately my Hong Kong orchid tree arrived in fair to poor spape. At this point we do have leaves on 1or 2 branches. I am sure it will make it but it is going to more time to grow out than I thought originally.

You had many of the plants we were looking for so I ordered from your site. The plants came and looked healthy, although 2 were smaller than I thought they would be. After planting the 7 berry plants, 4 look excellent after 2 weeks, but unfortunately 3 look dead. I have contacted the company to ask about what to do.

Ordered a tree online. It was shipped quick, got here in relatively good shape and it is now firmly planted in my front yard. Too early yet to tell how it will do but the leaves are still green and it looks healthy. Waiting to see if I get any new leaves or branch sprouts.

Over all the plant arrived well packaged. A little in shock I guess from the trip. After a few days it filled out nicley. I bought a pot for the plant. DONT BUY IT A 1ST CLASS PIECE OF CRAP. I bought one at Lowe's.

This was the first time that I ordered from this company, and I had an issue with my order; plants were missing. I was able to email and rectify the situation almost immediately. The plants that were delivered were in good shape. However, they are shipped Fedex and they could care less that you have live plants being delivered. But this is no issue from the actual seller. Just be aware.

Fast delivery, very helpful

So far, so good. Easy shopping. Trees were damaged by FedEx. Obviously, some drivers do not know what,"This Side Up," means, or the arrows which point that way.
Planted, and been babying daily and I do they believe they are going to make it.
Also reported the damage to BB and the girl was super nice and helpful. She had me send pictures to her also and advised me to give the trees 2-3 weeks and if the did not do any better, she said they would replace my order. Awesome custom service all around

Plants in very poor health.

I ordered a money tree and a bottle palm, both of which came a spider mite and fungus gnat infestation, brown and spotty leaves and just in general poor health. Not at all satisfied with my purchase. Should've done more research before purchasing, apparently there are many poor reviews about plant health and lack of customer service beyond a discount offered on the next order.
