The experience on your site was great. FedEx however disregarded the lay flat instructions on you box and delivered one of my trees with weight on it's branches. I don't see any obvious breaks hope everything goes OK they look good.

Replacement Plant

I ordered 7 dwarf Hinoki Cypress from Brighter Blooms. After one year it was discovered that one of the plants was not a dwarf Hinoki Cypress. I explained the situation to Brighter Blooms management along with some photos. A replacement plant was sent at the time period I requested.

I had waited too long to purchase Lady Banks roses from my local nursery. I found BrighterBlooms after doing some research. The website is easy to navigate, they answered a question I had prior to purchase in a timely manner, and the checkout section of the website just as clear. I purchased four plants that were well packaged and arrived in good shape. In fact, I was not able to get them into the ground for three days (kept them in the sun and soil moist), but they were already leafing when I was able to plant them. Each bush had multiple stems branching off the single bud union with many leaflets.

Packing very good, disappoint on the size of plant. I order 3 gallons size, come in 3 gallon size pot, but plant is very small. Look like 1 gallon.

BrighterBlooms was great because I recieved texts where my live plant was for tracking purposes. I thought it was coming from down the street but in fact it came from the Carolinas, clear across the states. It arrived in perfect condition and they sent a summary of how to take care of it. I'm very happy! I can't wait for it to bloom now!

Plants Galore!

I love all plants! I have a 7foot credenza in my dining room (in winter) filled with plants that go out to my partially covered front porch as soon as no frost threats!
I purchased these for myself to cheer me up. I am a widow and May 4th would have been our 48th anniversary.

Replacement Tree

Lost a tree to the deep freeze of last winter. Purchased a red maple 6-7ft. Arrived in great shape and appears to be doing fantastic since planted. Looking forward to seeing this tree a few years down the road.

Delays

I would be a satisfied customer had it not been for me to have to CALL your company to inquire why my product didn't get sent when it originally said it would based on my grow zone. Didn't receive my item until about a month later. Perhaps maybe send items out when the customer orders them instead of by grow zone— it screws customers over otherwise. And PLEASE stop using Fedex Smartpost to send items— it's the WORST.
