I had waited too long to purchase Lady Banks roses from my local nursery. I found BrighterBlooms after doing some research. The website is easy to navigate, they answered a question I had prior to purchase in a timely manner, and the checkout section of the website just as clear. I purchased four plants that were well packaged and arrived in good shape. In fact, I was not able to get them into the ground for three days (kept them in the sun and soil moist), but they were already leafing when I was able to plant them. Each bush had multiple stems branching off the single bud union with many leaflets.
My tree arrived in great condition. It took me a little longer than I had anticipated and it kept well in the pot it came in. It's a great addition to my back yard. I love it!

I thought it was coming from down the street but in fact it came from the Carolinas, clear across the states. It arrived in perfect condition and they sent a summary of how to take care of it. I'm very happy! I can't wait for it to bloom now!

I would be a satisfied customer had it not been for me to have to CALL your company to inquire why my product didn't get sent when it originally said it would based on my grow zone. Didn't receive my item until about a month later. Perhaps maybe send items out when the customer orders them instead of by grow zone— it screws customers over otherwise. And PLEASE stop using Fedex Smartpost to send items— it's the WORST.
