Brighter Blooms delivered a fantastic tree, at a great price in a very timely and efficient manner. There's not a single thing they could have improved upon!
Everything was Fine except Fedex delayed delivery by a couple of days - Don't know how much damage that would have caused the plants. Planted right away - hopefully they will be fine
The tree arrived pruned to the extent that it may have been damaged now it appears to be in some shock

I was able to find the tree of my chose very easily and the purchase was very reasonable. Delivery was prompt and the product was in very good condition on arrival.
Tree I ordered came in two days and looked healthy. The root ball was in burlap and moist. Put in ground same day.

We were sent what looked like a broken red maple twig. Sent them a photo of the twig of a tree and they were great in handling the situation. They sent us a beautiful replacement and I'm happy to say, after planting and watering it daily these last couple weeks, it's thriving well. Very satisfied. Will definitely buy from Brighter Blooms again.
